My Yuyu bottle is genuinely one of my most prized possessions. I’d say it’s by my side probably 9 months of the year daily. (I actually miss it in the summer!)

I have had YuYu bottles for years.
They really help with my endometriosis and fibromyalgia pain as they are long and I can wrap them around me.

They are also great when I've got cold feet or legs because of their length. I don't have to keep moving it about to warm the other foot.or my other leg as it covers both!

The cover I have is lovely and soft. I have the body bottle in black velvet. It's at least 5 years old, with almost daily use, and the cover is still in great condition.

I have just got a replacement bottle as natural rubber degrades slowly, the same with all got water bottle that are made with more sustainable materials, and the delivery was fast and the customer service was brilliant when I made a booboo and ordered the wrong one!

I’m wearing the ice pack version the tennis players use at wimbledon to cool down in the heat while gardening, and OMG it’s a game changer as it keeps my hands free to garden. Love this product!

33 degrees here today - hotter than the Caribbean - but I am using my Ice Recovery Bottle and Ice pulse every single night and they are life savers. The Ice Recovery takes ages to thaw even in this heat and is still cool in the early hours (I wake up all through the night with the heat). So although great for all athletes to use it is also a fabulous everyday consumer product. Well done YUYU!!!

I’ve had a yuyu hot water bottle since they first came out, it’s still in perfect condition with heavy daily use. I contacted the company on instagram to find out if the normal cover would fit the ice recovery bottle, a lovely person called Richard not only gave me all the info but threw in a free hot water bottle. I’ll 100% be getting more when I need to, they are a god send for bad period pain and chronic back pain. Lastly the quality on the yuyu is far superior to any others, I like to think of myself as a hot water bottle connoisseur in the 7 years I’ve had the yuyu I’ve gone through at least 10 Cassandra bottles. So if you’re thinking of getting one it’s definitely a good quality bottle and the customer service is amazing.

We had an issue with a bottle that I had bought my daughter over a year ago. She absolutely loves it and uses it every day. Absolutely blown away by your customer service - replacement bottle sent out immediately. No hesitation in recommending the product and your company!

For Christmas, I got this wonderful hot-water-bottle and I love it...wearing it like a scarf, (free hands) around my belly or on my lap...somehow the possibilities are huge and so different to other bottles!
I love it, and I’m very happy for this "invention"...thank you!!

The hot waterbottle is beautiful and i think this is an amazing product. But unfortunatly we did have to send it back because i bought it as a present for someone but this person said she would not use something like this.

The service and help i received for sending the product back was amazing. Very personal and not robot-like style.. So love filled and carring for your customers you are... I think other companies can learn from you.

Literally feels like a life saving hot water bottle. I have chronic pain and have used it daily for years. Covers both my tummy and my lower back which is perfect. Have recommended it to so many friends over the years. Just ordered a new one, as my bottles expiry date has passed and also ordered one for my husband, who is jealous of mine!

The customer service for this company is so lightning fast and so accommodating and so kind that it seems like they could run a whole workshop for other brands to see how it should be done. Bravo! Brava!

Absolutely love this hot water bottle, I live with chronic pain, and constantly need to hot water bottles on me usually- I usually attach them to the front and back of my waist with my trouser waistband, which really limits the clothes I can wear. I came across yuyu, got their body bottle which I absolutely love- it looks more like a body bag, then a hot water bottle for when I go out. I like the different prints, so I can use it almost as an accessory instead of medical equipment! Really freeze up my hands to carry things, and lets me choose clothes that I would like to wear rather than I need to wear! I had an issue with one of the straps tearing off- contacted support, and they are sending me a new cover straight away- all resolved in two hours via email! Very responsive and very helpful customer support

The reviews and testimonials speak for themselves but YuYu bottles have changed the game for me.

I've given them as gifts to friends who suffer from Endo and PCOS pain, to my disabled mum to stay warm in her wheelchair in the winter, all the way through to friends with sports needs and chronic injuries/ pain. Every single one of them has said that it's the item they used most day to day and couldn't live without.

The quality is far above any copycats, the customer service is exemplary, the product range is ever expanding and very smart, and incredible value for the relief and comfort the products give.

Who would have thought a seemingly simple innovation could do so much but respect and I will be ordering more for gifts in future.

Yuyu makes the perfect gift for every person in your life! Not only are their products superior, their costumer service response is brilliant. Five stars, 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic customer service from a great company

Ordered a bottle nearly a year ago and used often, since the weather is warming up I got it out to fill and noticed an issue with product, contacted yuyu and within a day the replacement has been sent with great helpful and polite customer service!

Hard to fine these days!

On contacting YuYu customer service early this week with a product issue, I received a very quick response from Dani, who was immediately extremely happy to help and keen to better understand and resolve the issue. Today, just a few days later, Dani has solved the issue and offered a solution that couldn’t be more pleasing and fair for the customer. I cannot praise the service I have received enough and in having been looked after so well by Dani. I also highly recommend the wonderful YuYu brand and various products. Thank you so much!

I accidentally ordered 2 YuYus so I contacted customer sales and they immediately cancelled my duplicate order. Then I was out when it was delivered so it got returned to the depot. I couldn’t find the delivery note to re book the delivery so YuYu customer services got the re delivery sorted for me. There was nothing that was too much trouble for Hannah and I love my bright pink fluffy YuYu! Thank you.
