A scam offering activities that don't exist
I agree with the other reviews, this is a scam offering activities that dont exist. Booked an activity. The confirmation email told me to call the person running the activity for the details of where and when it would be. Nobody ever picked up. Nobody picked up from Yumping either. Eventually they responded to an email saying that activity wasn't running and to offer me other, much more expensive options. When I refused and asked for a refund they stopped responding until I reported them to the the European Consumer Centres' Network. Avoid.

It's never nice to have to write a…
It's never nice to have to write a negative review however Yumping are really not helping themselves. I used them for a year or two and had some really nice guests book through them. During a rejig of my business I noticed nobody had come through them for a few years. I requested removal. I was told it was ' too difficult '. This is obviously nonsense. I requested again. They still refuse to do it. Consequence ? I now have Google using a photo of theirs claiming to represent my business that shows equipment I never use and is of far lower quality than what I do utilise. Yumping is now annoying both guests and businesses.

Disgusting FAKE service
I’ve payed and booked scuba diving experience and had confirmation email, however there was no particular time set for the dive. Tried multiple times to ring the diving school to arrange the time - no answer, called yumping.com service few days in the row - after long time waiting no one answered. Found their customer service email, after writing them next day auto answer notified - email doesn’t exist. The location of diving experience was different from the school provided.
I really cannot understand how this website can have >3 stars rate. I truly believe that IT’S a SCAM and they write reviews for themselves.
Highly recommend to stay far away from them.
Update: I have received the money back with the excuse that due to unforseen weather circumstances, the activity was cancelled, which was not ture. Still think its shady company.

I booked an activity for 110€ and never received a confirmation email. No possibility to find out when and where the activity is happening!
The phone number linked to the activity was leading to a company that didn't even offer this activity!
No replies on the emails I have sent to Yumping!
I will start legal steps to get my money back!
Yumping, please contact me back before my lawyer does...

That's 1 star too many!
This site is selling paragliding experiences that they have no permission to sell. They have been told to take them down, but have refused. They have been told that flights sold will not be honoured, but they still have them on the site. The booking system does not connect to the booking system of the experience provider, (in my case) so bookings are meaningless.
If you wish to buy an experience from this site (yumping) please contact the provider directly as they are genuine business that do not want to disappoint.

Bought a helicopter ride as a present, was cancelled numerous times during lockdown, it was passed to another company who said it was nothing to do with them, have now had a date and a different venue from choice which we can’t possibly make, so many emails sent, phone never answered so we can’t change things, the next thing will be if we can’t take it , they will say they have honoured their side of it. These people should be stopped , they are first class scammers. Please don’t buy from them.

Scammers. The 5 stars are clearly fake. Once you buy the telephones don't work, email address doesn't work. You'll get an email with a fake ticket. Please call up the company direct and book direct instead. Don't part with any cash!!

I booked and paid for an experience. After receiving no confirmation email I tried contacting them. When filling their form out online it sent the message to a completely different company. They don’t answer their phone or reply to any other form of messaging. Now I’m £150 out of pocket and cannot get hold of them
To update I have now after numerous contacts and leaving negative reviews everywhere finally received contact from them and a refund. They claim the issue is with the activity provider. I have spoken to the activity provider who claim they are not affiliated with YUMPING and the excursion should not be on their site. I’ve no idea who is at fault. All I know is YUMPING advertised and took my money for an experience they could not fulfil.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. I had booked a buggy experience for my partner and friends for his stag. Once I paid £400 I received an email to say the place I had booked was no longer in business but they were happy to find me something else. Something didn’t feel right so I read the reviews where others have experienced the same. I asked for a refund but was told by the person emailing that she had till Thursday to find me something else and if nothing was suitable then she would give me a refund. I refused this and asked for my refund again…Guess what? No reply!! Please avoid at all costs

Yumping.com did take my money for riding trip for two, and did send me email where to call and go. But there was no that service at all, and they don't do it:
The place owner said they don't have any contract with yumping.com and this happens often, and I have to as money back form yumping.com
And I try to send emails to yumping.com (different email addresses), but all my messages come back from robot.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I booked and paid for an activity (before checking reviews!) and when I contacted the company directly they said the activity no longer exists. I tried calling Yumping for the refund and waited 1 hour on hold. After 1 hour, the line cut off. Don’t bother wasting your money here!
In the end, the company exchanged the voucher from Yumping for an activity that did actually still exist. I would never buy through Yumping again.
