It was different, quirky, tasty and went a surprisingly long way in my meal. Also, excellent source of protein and really good for the environment - so added bonus. Tastes really good!

Never thought I'd be baking crickets or mixing mealworm pancakes but really glad I made the leap - both were delicious, easy recipes and all of us enjoyed them (it says portion for two but we made enough pancakes for four and the risotto fed three of us). Great info cards too - the nutrition factor alone should make you want to try BUG!
