The YT staff and guides was absolutely incredible guiding and supporting everyone on the YT womens ride. It was a fantastic experience and so good to ride and make friends with like minded women who encouraged and supported each other. A fabulous initiative by the YT Mill to host such an event to celebrate women as part of IWD. And it was absolutely amazing to ride with some of the most inspirational athletes! Thank you YT Mill!

Super helpful service and great knowledge

Hello, if you are thinking of buying a YT, you are interested in reading this, I bought a Decoy on October 20, 23, purchase 651672, which arrived home with multiple defects in paint, gearbox, and seatpost, I will send you photos and the solution is to give me 100 euros to buy items in your store, well I accept it, not happy but I accept it, the second outing we already started with serious problems because the bike gave engine error E050 and it didn't work, so go home and the day is lost, You left it off one day and the next day it turned on without problems or failures, when driving about 20 km when you are very far from everything again the error well like this 3 times which they tell me in the middle of the route remove the battery, well I remove the battery and I realize that the battery-frame connections are broken, so I say, nothing. Under warranty, the bike goes under warranty due to error e050, broken battery connections, bent gear, paint marks, etc. The unfortunate thing begins to ask them to pick up the bike. Well, you have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Be responsible for the shipping. Send the bike. in the original box or in a bicycle box with the measurements they give you, the bike is shipped on January 17, 2024 after 4 days the bike arrives at the warehouse everything is pretty good until then, after 3 weeks (21 days) I write an email to see if it is ready and they reply that the workshop is that week. They would start checking the bicycle, 3 weeks without doing anything else, 4 days of transport, after 5 weeks they send me an email telling me to summarize a little, that everything damaged was my fault due to poor treatment and they send me 3 estimates of everything I had to change, charging more than 800 euros, (I have everything by email) and they give details of everything bad, the error e050 is due to a magnet 15 euros, worn tire (with 220km of use), the pads, they checked everything that they did not have to check to get money and what is damaged does not come under warranty due to misuse, after 25 emails I tried to explain that it was not my fault and that I should not pay money they recognize that the magnet that gives the error e050 did not help me. They should charge you because it was a mistake, but everything else is, ok to end my frustration I say ok repair the bike, send me the last email ok we proceeded to repair and change the magnet, our workshop will take between 15 and 20 days to repair it , meaning that for any slightest problem you will be left without a bike for 3 months,

I have owned an YT Jeffsy Core 4 since March 2023. It has fulfilled my wishes for an easy, well-functioning Allmountain Mountain Bike.
I had an unlucky crash in January, that caused a serious damage on the frame. The damage was caused by the nature of the crash and a replacement frame was the only option.
The process with YT's replacement program works really well and the service is wery communicative and honest. I felt helped in the best possible way through the process. It took approximately 4 weeks from the first inquiry until I received the frame. It could have gone faster if I hadn't asked so many questions.
The bike is assembled and everything works as before.
Best recommendations from here.

Any time visiting the YT Mill is always a treat - great, friendly staff and a cool environment to hang out in. The place is way more than a bike showroom.
I went along to a film screening with my two young boys, who were made to feel very welcome and had a wicked time (as did I!)

Went on the night ride experience sponsored by exposure lights and had the gnarliest time ever! Absolutely terrifying, but seriously fun!

And to top it off the pizza and beer afterwards were delicious!

Big shout out thankyou to Nathaniel for answering my many questions leading up to the event, and everyone involved in putting this on I had a blast!

The guys put on an amazing night ride and even though I was struggling with post flu symptoms they were gentlemen and did all they could to make sure I still had a great evening! Thank you ☺️

Really good organisation right from the start with an easy sign up. Lots of comms leading up and the on the day, quick and easy sign in.
Shame about the weather but the initial wet turned clear and we actually had a view from the top and what can you do about the weather?
Good, fun ride and I look fwd to getting the route so that I can repeat it in better (and sunnier!) conditions.
Check back was equally painless and then a pint and a few slices of pizza.

The booking of the bike for the Demo was super easy, and it is amazing value for money, it was quite muddy when I went out and it was worth the £15 just to not to have to clean the bike afterwards. I opted to use my own clipless pedals and the team fitted those (and removed them) very efficiently. They has based on the weight done a ball park suspension setup, and then they reviewed this when I picked the bike up to check that the static sag looked good. They provided a great overview of the ebike controls and how to change the various modes which was great. Place is great location to access the Surrey Hills and the checking out and in process for the demo bike was very straight forward and easy. Even the coffee was very tasty and a good price. Only thing that would have been useful is the water bottle for the bike as it requires a dedicated bottle and so there is no way you can just slot your own in, appreciate that this is probably due to health requirements though, so you will need a pack for the water, tools and snacks. Would 100% recommend the demo service from the YT Mill it is simply excellent.

Contacted YT Industries service department in the morning on Thursday 16th February as I damaged my main pivot axle. I bought a new axle which was quickly despatched by the service team and I received it the next day on Friday afternoon, amazing custom service once again, thank you 🙏

I had heard a few unsatisfactory things about YT service online so I was skeptical when opening my warranty claim. But honestly the whole process was easy and straightforward. Chris was super helpful and kept me updated on all the updates, collection/shipping was really fast both ways, couldn’t have asked for a better service.

It was an amazing experience. The bikes are wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
