I have been a Youthood fan for years and I’m always super impressed with the quality and the fresh designs!! I have multiple shirts and pants/jeans. I’m excited to keep on supporting and see what they do next!! Praise God

I’ve ordered from this website twice, the first time I ordered a shirt and it came in a month after I ordered it. I gave them a benefit of the doubt, they’re a small business I understand it’s not going to be quick. I ordered once again in December, I have contacted the company to see if there are any updates on my package and nothing. It’s Early February and I have yet to receive my order.

I ordered two items. I have never received them. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I will never order from them again.

I haven’t bought anything but I asked for clarification about the allegations about not delivering on time, and within 30 minutes they responded just saying that they are really busy when this happened and they even sent photos of the things they are selling to reassure me that they are a legit Christian fashion business.

Youthood was so professional and helpful, they answered all my questions and shipped my order out quickly. I really loved what I ordered, it is so cool!

Looking forward to seeing what they come up with next!

I haven´t received any shipment info for my order that should have been sent a month ago (ordered 2 months ago). I had sent three emails, but received no reply, now contact info on their website disppeared. Apparently, I will never see my money again, nor the ordered products. Now I haven't got the Christmas present for my son and have not enough money to buy him something else.

Communication is terrible there is no number or email to reach them about questions. They read and ignore messages on Instagram. The website is poorly done and they have no info about the brand or owners on display, no mission statement or anything.. the items they carry seem cool and artistic but the lack of communication makes you wonder if you should trust the brand.

I ordered 3 items on the 26th of June, it is now the 18th of August and I am yet to even receive any news other than "Order Confirmed" which I was told on the day of my purchase, its like they have just forgotten about my order and have kept my money.

My friend however who ordered a few days ago has already received notice that they are shipping his order (he has ordered 2 of the same items i did)

It is also impossible to contact these people apart from through Instagram as they leave no email or phone number on their website.

It is a shame because their clothes seem quite unique and creative but this experience will probably result in me not bothering with them again.
