Alles reibungslos

Die Abwicklung ist sehr unkompliziert und ich hatte tatsächlich noch am gleichen Tag meinen Zutrittscode. Das Auto steht trocken in der Tiefgarage und das Abteil ist auch stufenlos erreichbar. Alles bestens.

Kein Kundensupport!

Vertrag habe ich gekündigt. Es wurde mir jedoch weitere 2 Beiträge abgebucht. Den Kundensupport habe ich diesbezüglich mehrmals kontaktiert. Es kam nur einmal eine Antwort. Ich rief telefonisch an und bestand darauf meinen Sachverhalt zu klären. Mir wurde geantwortet: ''Ich habe keine Lust mit Ihnen darüber zu diskutieren''. Ernsthaft??
