Sauberkeit

Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben.
Scherben und Verunreinigung am Boden.
Besenrein war/ist das nicht.
Ein Seitenmaß von 1,30m hat die Box nicht.
Nur 1,25m und das ist äusserst ungünstig bei
Kartons mit 63,5 cm Länge.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du dein Abteil in diesem Zustand vorgefunden hast. Sauberkeit ist uns extrem wichtig, und Scherben am Boden entsprechen absolut nicht unserem Standard – wir werden umgehend eine Reinigung des Standorts veranlassen.

Bezüglich der Maße: Wir bemühen uns um höchste Präzision, jedoch kann es in seltenen Fällen zu minimalen Abweichungen kommen. Wir verstehen aber vollkommen, dass gerade bei passgenauen Kartons jeder Zentimeter zählt.

Wir möchten uns diesen Umstand gerne genauer ansehen. Bitte kontaktiere uns unter service@yourstorebox.com, damit wir prüfen können, ob wir dir kurzfristig ein alternatives Abteil mit den passenden Maßen anbieten können, um dein Lagerproblem zu lösen.
