Mobile app version is definitely One of the biggest advantages of your porter - with modern life being so mobile & on the go - I need my main STR management tool to be in my pocket not limited desktop only

Great STR management software, does everything you need and saves you hours trying to message guests. Highly recommend to any one doing STR.

Absolutely love it. Website feature is professional yet simple, we were going to pay over a $1000 to create a website and then pay all the hosting fees this route was ten times cheaper and it integrates with Airbnb. Everything is essential with this software and it’s worth every penny.

Smartbnb has two specific features that
Yourporter doesn’t that would be nice to see, don’t send the review request message if they have left a review already and the last minute negative review. Yourporter is still more robust and cost effective than smartbnb we love it

You Porter App has really made it really easy for me to contact my guests. Sending scheduled messages on Airbnb's platform meant that I didn't have to be behind my phone and be online. If you have another job or responsibilities, it is a great app. Moreover, their customer service is very good and helpful.

I set this u, although the app is a bit outdated it works fine. Some things you need to go on your computer to do. So not a phone friendly app. And it’s in the name app. I contacted customer service and their willingness to help is amazing especially mia. Always ready to correct things or request to develop it better.

Excellent. I moved away from Uplisting because of cost. To get a direct booking website would have been double what YourPorter charges. But surprise I got a lot more than I bargained for. Not only amazing support, the interface looks simple, the phone app is exactly the same. But simple does not mean it's not amazing. My team discovers new ways to reduce activities around any corner. The direct booking website is great. I would like more payment processors. But I suppose South Africans are few. I am limited to Paypal.

Definitely beneficial. Some kinks could be worked out as far as navigation and finding some things but overall, I prefer useing it due to its automation.

Your Porter has saved me countless hours of my time by taking care of all my routine messaging. The interface takes a little bit of time to get used to but it’s a lifesaver. At such an affordable price point it’s a no brainer for Airbnb hosts to integrate!

Great app with reliable service and connections!

The service is amazing, it literally freed me from responding to hundreds of messages on a timely manner.I only have two listings but this would be enough to drive me crazy if I would send all the automated messages manually.

I did research on which channel manager would be good and many people recommend your porter. I started using it and it has been great. I can manage across many platforms. Once you setup the automated messages it makes it easy to handle. I am really pleased with the process. I will continue using them in the future.

I was looking for a website builder to help me set up direct booking but also property management tool to help me manage three short-term rental properties. Your Porter App provides a simple solution to both which makes it a great value for money. I was able to onboard over the weekend, the app is easy to navigate and customer service returns any inquiry you might have within 24h. Thumbs up! Highly recommend.

Your Porter App is a very simple to use Channel manager. It has all I need to run two apartments on different channels. As I am new to all this, I had to ask the support a few times for help, they where great and responded very fast. I can definitely recommend Your Porter App.

I tested several channel managers before choosing Your Porter App. I have been testing and using Your Porter for one year by now. It is an extremely useful channel manager tool, and it saves me up to 80% of my time managing guest communication. I use most of the features while managing three 3 listings so far, also the website builder tool.
It would be nice if the website builder would allow to have websites created in different languages . But the Your Porter App support helped me with a work around to list my webpages in three different languages (set up three different websites using the website builder for German, English, and Italian). A multiple language website is in Your Porter’s pipeline, and I am looking forward when this will be available soon. This would save me some additional time.
The support is great and fast, even though online only. A telephone support would have been and will be an asset for solving some of my questions and issues.
I am planning to expand my business with Your Porter up to 50 listings, while also managing homeowner’s listings. I can recommend this tool.
