I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I didn't pay extra for the fancy stiched edges, so assumed it would be flimsy and not great looking. But it was very well done and sturdy. Also I went with a custom image and did not lose any quality in the image. Product itself is a 10/10. Only issue I had and why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is the shipping. Tracking information provided took me to a link, where it said the tracking wasn't valid. So I had no way of knowing where it was or when I was going to receive it.

I ordered custom card sleeves a full month before a Magic tournament. When I didn't receive any shipping updates, I reached out multiple times over several weeks asking for a status update. Every message went unanswered. When they finally responded, it was to tell me they couldn't fulfill the order. By then it was too late to order from anyone else.
They issued a refund, but a refund just gives me back money for a product they never delivered. It doesn't solve the fact that I'm now going into a tournament without custom sleeves. If they had responded to even one of my follow-ups, I would have had time to go elsewhere.
This was my first time ordering from this company and I will never order again. There are plenty of places to get custom sleeves and playmats. Do not trust these guys!

Fantastic products, really happy with the mousepad, playmat and card box. I even had to reach out to support when one piece didn't arrive and they explained promptly (as in inside 30 minutes) that the final piece was coming from another location and provided me a tracking number for it.

I wanted a unique sized playmat with a custom image, nothing something that is too easy to find. The product and service I got from yourplaymat.com was superb, would certainly recommend them!

I placed an order in August (order #83912) that included a custom playmat and 120 custom sleeves.
The playmat was finally delivered on November 11th, but the sleeves were missing.
On November 11th, a customer support agent (Alexandra) offered either a refund or a replacement shipment for the missing sleeves. On November 14th, the same agent explicitly confirmed that a replacement shipment would be sent using a different courier and that tracking information would follow.
Despite these assurances:
the sleeves were never delivered
no valid tracking number was ever provided
months later, I only received automated replies with incorrect and outdated tracking information referring to an item already delivered
As of February, more than five months after the order and nearly three months after the promised replacement, the issue is still unresolved.
This order was intended as a birthday gift, and the lack of follow-through after repeated guarantees made the situation particularly frustrating.
Delays can happen, but false reassurances and the absence of real human follow-up are unacceptable. I am still waiting for the refund that was already offered by their own support team.
Very disappointed. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The delievery had no issues and the playmatt arrieved in great condition. The stitches are great and the colours of my motive the texture on both sides and the overall quality is phenomenal. Glad i found them.

They provided exactly what I needed in my custom playmats. I'm excited to use them with my friends.

I ordered a playmat among other items from this company recently. The playmat was of exceptional quality, far exceeding any expectations I had, being better print and material quality than non-custom playmats of the same price from other companies, which by itself would be enough to warrant this 5 star review. However, I was more impressed with the customer service I received during the order. As the order was shipped in multiple parts, I contacted customer service for clarification on the status of the second delivery. The response was quick, friendly, and informative, notifying me of the status of the other items I purchased and the reason they were being held up (no persons were at fault). I highly recommend this company to anybody considering buying their products.

My glass mousepad turned out really well, good picture quality on my custom image and the pad itself was very well made too. Support responds quickly if you have any concerns. Highly recommend, good product for a good price!

I ordered 7 of the same custom mat and they are perfect. I will be giving them to my groomsmen and I know that it will be something that they will love. I will be making more mats down the line and only using these guys to do it.

Received my playmat before the promised date. Beautiful print with a red stitch around, it is going to serve as my keyboard and mouse pad. I got it exactly to measure for my tiny desk space, and it is looking fine.
