Wayne went on to fit hundreds of boilers across Luton, Dunstable, St Albans & Milton Keynes before deciding to embark on creating his own company a few years back. Since then Wayne has built a team he can trust around him to ensure that all aspects of the business run to his high standards. Samantha Bettess - Office Manager Samantha is Wayne's wife of 20 years. Samantha has been involved with the business from the very beginning. Now that their 4 children are in full-time school, Samantha has taken on the full-time role of running the Office of WB GAS LTD. Samantha ( or Sammy as Wayne calls her ) looks after everything from invoicing to administration to ordering materials and booking jobs in. Lewis Bettess - Lewis as our apprentice Heating Engineer is eager to learn, he assist the team day to day.

Had a new woster Bosch boiler fitted in.Very proffessional,knowlagable and friendly family firm who go out of their way to make sure customer is happy.i went ahead with a monthly plan which covers not just call out but the annual service...worked out much cheaper than the quotes id had.

All expectations were met
Installers turned up on time and finished earlier than expected with no mess and no fuss
My whole experience was positive with this company, the communication from initial survey to installation was fantastic
Wayne explained the job in better detail than other company’s and made me feel at ease , his knowledge is exceptional and would highly recommend them in fact my neighbour has already contacted them as she seen the quality workmanship

Wow, where to start... Had Wayne come and quote for a new boiler at our house in Milton Keynes . Wayne Bettess issued quote within 2 hours of the visit, answered all my questioned and then Nino installed it within 48hours! Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new boiler in Milton Keynes

Excellent! As a single female I didn’t know what to do when my boiler flooded my cupboard and stopped working, to book online at 1am for an engineer to come out the very next day, was incredible.
My boiler was back working, serviced and the issue explained to me in layman’s language.. ‘Thank you very very much’
Can’t recommend them enough :)

Dishwasher and sink was unblocked promptly. The appointment was booked straightaway, the person was skillful, friendly and gave me advice on how to keep the pipes clean and prevent blockages. I used the company for bathroom services before and will continue doing in the future.
