Scammers. Very nice website in flawless English that makes it looks like it is from a reputable European or North American company. In reality it is cheap Chinese tat that arrives party broken and breaks even more after 2 minutes of use.

After I ordered, I saw some reviews and realised immediately that it was a scam company. A big red flag is that they provide no contact details on their website, only a messaging function. All messages are systematically ignored and probably never looked at. Requests to cancel sale and obtain refund obviously not answered.

Never received the item, was promised a refund but it was never issued. Eventually they ignored my email communication.

Never order from this company! If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Terrible service, terrible communication, poor product and their website is pure fantasy

Still waiting for the product after 6 weeks. No response to my messages requesting an update.

Will it ever arrive? Who knows.

My order never arrived. I can't get a reply to any messages and I can't find a number to call them.

I bought the extra insurance incase the item didn’t arrive by the holidays. Is didn’t arrive in time and I was never refunded. Also never got the added gift the promised. There are way better presents to get your kids. This company is a sham and they won’t reply to your emails or live up to the promise. I won’t buy from these people again.

Poor quality microscope, and the “surprise box” was garbage. When the surprise box arrived, it had zero “little scientist” branding on it. I had no idea where it came from, but finally realized what it was. Just more Chinese plastic trash. I don’t recommend.

Also got scammed by this company. I'm normally smarter on the web and research before I buy but this one got me. Shame.

Scammers. Ignore lovely instagram adverts of happy children. These guys are con artists. I ordered, six weeks later I received a very poor quality faulty product. I complained and two months later received an email apologising and offering a replacement.... also asking for my address. (!) I have now given up, reading other peoples' experiences. A scam.

A freaking scam company who tries to not give you what you pay for, and hope you forget about it. I was diligent and sent angry emails for 4 MONTHS after I didn’t get what I ordered in time for Christmas!! Unacceptable. They kept promising me that they sent the order but with no tracking in the email. They hope you just forget about it and move on. SCAMMERS! So infuriating

I tried to buy a Miniscope toy, it never arrived and I have been trying to contact the company for MONTHS for a new product, or refund. NO RESPONSE. I believe this company is a scam. I was duped by the fact that there was a few genuine seeming articles for contact etc. on their site... do not be fooled.

Do not buy ! This company are a scam from China.
Tried to cancel a few hours after ordering and weren’t allowed, even though waited weeks to receive order .. Promised refund 2 months ago .. never received. Absolutely disgraceful company.

SCAM ALERT
The miniscopes don’t work. YLS do not respond to emails well and do not address the problem - probably a bot. They do not refund more than 30% and this is if you return the faulty product and you bear the cost of the refund. Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

This company is a scam. In December, I took advantage of a 2-for-1 welcome offer, but only one microscope arrived. Since it was a Christmas gift, before filing a complaint, I decided to buy another microscope while I was claiming the missing one. The microscopes work and are a fun toy, but they are difficult to use.

Meanwhile, I have been processing the claim for the missing microscope, and they have only offered me a 30% refund. To get this discount, I had to exchange about 15 emails with David, who needed me to explain the situation again every time. Truly awful customer service.

Since the moment I accepted the 30% refund, communication has become even more difficult, and David no longer responds to emails. The money has not been refunded, and I have no way to continue my claim. If you can, avoid buying from this company.

I’ve been waiting for 4 months for an item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It still hasn't arrived, and I’ve been fighting for a refund for weeks. After all this time, they offered me a 30% refund – it’s a joke! This is unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.

Today is February 12, 2025, and I still haven’t received my order. Their customer support is a black hole—no responses, no help, and no refund. I’m extremely disappointed, as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Stay away from this company and don’t support businesses that treat customers this way!

I did a purchase and I never received it. After 2 weeks I asked for my money back and I haven’t received any answer. They still owe me 85€.
