My niece painted a picture when she was 4. It has been hanging in my parents house in a clip frame for the past 17 years.
I had the idea of turning it into a Canvas but wasn't sure how.

I got in touch with Kim in Musselburgh and she advised me what to do. Very helpful........

ordered 2 fanvasses, 1st one is perfect, 2nd - MY error, came back blurry...note to self: make sure photo is clear when ordered.

I initially placed an order with a 10/10 quality image. Unfortunately the canvas received was dull of colour and exposure compared to the original. However, within days the company had reprinted my image on a new canvas in keeping with the original photograph and so I am happy to display it. I appreciate them swiftly dealing with this issue, restoring my faith in them. Thank you.

I have used this company on several occasions and always been well pleased. On this last occasion I had difficulty sizing the image and Kim quickly resolved the issue. Production was swift and costs extremely good so all in all a very satisfied customer!

I purchased 4 canvasses which I'm really delighted with. This company provides excellent customer service. Delivery charges are fair and the turnaround time from when the order was placed until I received the canvasses was really quick. I'm so happy with the product that I'm placing another order. Outstanding service all round.

My first ever experience, sadly there were some issues, but Kim did kindly get a reprint done for me, but after careful inspection, it never came close to the quality/standard of the first printed canvas (minus the raised problems).

Then the re-prints were very dark, luckily as some of the pictures uploaded were sort of lightish photos, I could accept these (minus 1 of them that I hope someone will enjoy as I couldn't bare to look at it and gave it away).
More upset about the reprint situation?

A few attempts to correct via reprints. Kim has been really fair at trying to iron out the issues, very good level of professional Customer Service and done what she could to help me.

The products are well packaged, but more care still needs to be taken on the attention to details before sending out, please start focusing on the raised points and trying to improve/fix these areas. Saves everyone upset and stresses. Not perfect experience, but I will give benefit of doubt.

I will think carefully if/when returning in coming future ...

Unfortunately when I received the canvas it was not taut to the frame, I emailed photos of the canvas to Kim,who arranged a replacement immediately, no fuss no quibble, just good customer relations and service.

My initial canvas arrived with a slight sag in it (probably happened during postage). I contacted Kim from Your Image on Canvas customer services and emailed her photos of the damage and she apologised and a reprint was sent to me 3 days later which was perfect...Excellent product and no quibble customer care policy.

I received my picture on Saturday. I am absolutely delighted with it. The overall quality of the frame is excellent. My grand daughter looks amazing. (of course). The delivery was quicker than I expected and was packaged very well. I would highly recommend 'your image in canvas' and am currently choosing my next picture for sending..

I have used this company a few times. I've recently just ordered through them again and the photo I sent was a bit dark, so they emailed me for a better one of the image which I was able to do. The lady I was in correspondent with was called Kim and she was extremely helpful and polite, she was able to amend my order with the new image with no problems.
I would highly recommend using 'Your image on canvas' whenever anyone asks about needing a canvas :)

Have bought several canvases and loved them. Had a problem with the last one. This was solved very promptly and pleasantly. Picture replaced within a few days. Great service and will keep using. Thank you. Would recommend this company. (Ps. The pack of sweets is a novelty.)

So today my 3rd order arrived!
Each order I've made in the last 18 months has exceeded my expectations!
So far only one set up on the wall but the rest will be going up in the week.
