Smooth Transaction

All in all im satyfied with my experience.

Some stuff of my order was shipped very quickly and arrived in a view days. One other item took quite some time because it have to manufactured in China and due to the chinese new year the factory there was closed.

Thats the only complain I have. Wish the communication would have been a little bit better and I got the information sooner that my order will take some extra time.

Otherwise all things went smooth and there is nothing to complain about.

You don't get what you paid for

I mean, don't get me wrong, after a long discussion with customer support about why I can't take a video of myself with my ID, and the card I used to make the purchase, I did get a doll.

The issue is the doll has nothing to do with what I ordered. Height is wrong, head is wrong, body is wrong. Basically I got sent some cheap version of what I was supposed to get. Not to mention none of the accessories I ordered arrived as well.

But here's the best part, because of the nature of the product, it is NOT refundable. Or returnable.

So don't pay TOO much attention to the photos. They don't really matter considering what you're going to receive.

Basically, you're better off purchasing a low-end doll from somewhere else, since that's what you'll receive here, just with a higher price tag.

My experience with yourdoll has been a…

My experience with yourdoll has been a total disaster not only was the delivery significant delayed but when i tried to cancel my order because of the wait they tried to charge me a massive restocking fee for an item that had not even shipped yet their refund policy is designed to trap your money. the communication is terrible and they only respond when they want to avoid giving a refund save yourself the stress and buy from a more reputable company.

Misleading photos. The product is not same!

The item I received looks significantly different from the professional photos on the website. The phase sculpt and skin texture are much lower quality than what was shown it feels like a bait and switch tactics. If you are looking for the realism shown in their ads, you will be disappointed. I regret buying from here.

Fantastic customer service and care

My order was easy to track throughout the entire fabrication process with updates when it transitioned through each stage. Once the doll was completed at the factory I was notified and given numerous pictures and video footage from various angles, including many close ups and movement of the limbs. I was asked if my order met my expectations and approval prior to shipping, along with a confirmation of my address, and if I requested a signature upon delivery. After I confirmed everything was good, YourDoll responded quickly with a tracking number. My package arrived with no damage. It was packed extremely well and had plenty of padding to protect the contents during shipping. The doll quality was amazing and the exact way I wanted from my selections during the ordering process. Customer service during the entire process was excellent, and responses came within a few hours, or by Monday morning if I sent an email over the weekend. I highly recommend YourDoll if you are looking for authentic, quality companion dolls. I have recently made an additional doll purchase from YourDoll after my first experience went so well, and I'm having the same great service with this order.

Extremely disappointed No updates after payment!

i placed an order with your doll based on their in stock status but it has been over a week and i have not received a single shipping updates or tracking numbers i have tried reaching out via emails and whatsapp multiple times but the customer service is completely slient once they have your money. very unproessional save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a jigglyjolly brand torso doll from yourdoll which is my first purchase ever from this vendor. And I will say the customer service from yourdoll rep Dora was outstanding! Refund Request Delayed/Shockingly Poor Customer Service

I ordered a doll the morning of 3/9/26. Later a found a doll on a competitor's site that was cheaper so I decided to cancel my order with YourDoll. However, when I tried to call the customer service phone line twice, no one answered. I also sent emails but no one answered. They only responded once their live chat feature was activated on their website in the evening.

The issue is that in order to cancel an order and receive 95% of the refund, you have to have your order canceled in 8 hours from the time you ordered an item. I tried to call them within the 8 hour time period but was unsuccessful. In the evening when I was messaging one of their representatives using the chat feature, they tried to encourage me to exchange the product I ordered for something else, then offered to price match the product I wanted on their competitors site. However, I learned that they never had the product available on their website at the time I was speaking to them, so to offer to price match something they did not even have in stock was useless. Now from a business standpoint, I understand wanting to keep profits and prevent the customer from paying cancelation fees but I was fine with the fee.

I kept requesting to have my order canceled and they kept persisting that I keep my order and replace the current product with the product I wanted from their competitor and claimed they could get it from the same supplier and offer a discount. The issue was that even with a small discount, in comparison to the competitor's price (they offered $750, competitor offered $765), the product would be coming from the suppliers warehouse whereas the competitor's product would be coming from a local warehouse in the US. When I questioned them, they couldn't quite give a sure answer and just tried to reassure me that they have deep relations with the vendor.

When I requested to have my order canceled again and accept the 5% cancelation fee, the representative said that they were going to take a two hour lunch, regarless of any decision I made. I couldn't believe it...I understand that every employee needs a lunch break, but to just leave the customer hanging in limbo, when they deliberately asked you to cancel their order, is plain rude and a terrible example of customer service.

I felt like they were simply buying time until they can cut all contact with me and prevent the cancelation of my order. If the order transitions from processing to accepted/received, then that means that the cancelation fee increases from 5% to %15, which means more money in their pockets.

All I wanted was to cancel my order and now I have to deal with a customer service that simply makes me feel that they do not care for anything more that company profits.

On a side note, I have worked with their customer service before and when I needed to cancel another order, they were more helpful and quicker to correct the issue. It did take some pushing, as they wanted to not cancel it in the beginning, but they did cancel it. However, this time around caught me by surprise.
