SCAM! BEWARE! This company should be reported to Consumer Affairs. I attempted to cancel the order immediately after the transaction because my delivery address and instructions had not passed through from their website form. I received several automated responses from their support and with PayPal after starting a resolution. At no time did the reply to my question. They charged my account immediately and I still have NOT received the product almost a month later. RUN!

Very responsive customer support. After reading trustpilot reviews I tried to cancel order but was too late. Received yesterday and left on in kitchen overnight and full of pantry moths mozzies and fruit flies this morning. To all those who say it doesn't work just try it overnight indoors in the dark.

I have just received these Buzzbegone in the mail and it cost me $73 for one! They sent me 2 ,& I have just read the reviews on many websites that are saying that this company are scammers and this product is rubbish , and does not kill mosquitoes! I have been tricked and hoodwinked!and I will make sure this company is made accountable & all these victims will get there payment back this is seriously misleading & a deceitful company,I will be in touch with the authorities & ombudsman!

Not satisfied with product and receipt has no company contact information. Sent several emails, almost a whole month and have only received the same “so busy” response, there’s no customer service. Seriously needs to be reported to a consumer or better business bureau for being a fraud or scam.

People save your money and keep yourself from almost having a heart attack by dealing with this unethical company! I ordered 3 units at $134.99 and that's all I ordered in the morning. Later that night I went through my emails and I saw that they had charged me $170 - $8.95 shipping (that's fine) and $27 for lifetime warrantee of each unit! There is no way I ordered this warrantee. It is only $27 dollars but if you read the warrantee there is no way you can return these units if they are dammaged or stop working. Anyway I cancelled my order on that same night and they did not get back to me till I received the units 9 days later and congratulated me on receiving them without responding to my cancellation emails - 3 of them. If this is the dishonest and unprofessional way this company deals with customers then these mosquito zappers must be total dudds and they know people will not reorder so they steal yes steal extra money from them. This is pure criminal and I am furious. I am going to pst on Facebook and as many sites as I can to warn people of this sham of a company.

I would not give this company a damn star! Would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone I know. There is no customer service, and they can save their ridiculous auto replies. BUYER BEWARE, this is a scam product and company!!! Thankfully it only cost me $200 to learn a very valuable lesson. Do not purchase. After a long fight with them and having to include the BBB, which could not locate them for answers, received crappy product. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I just bought 3, opened all of them, charged and one of them I put on our veranda. For whole night, it didn't attract insects like my salt lamp. It was easy to set up, but it did't do a work. It was catching more other insects, and they were still alive in the morning. Andjelka

Yeah I fell for this advertising jargon. I was going through the order process for 3 units, but it kept trying to sell me a bunch of other crap, so I didn’t complete my order, yet I’ve STILL been charged, however because I don’t complete my order process I was not given an order number. I’ve lodged a resolution complaint with PayPal, and I’ve gone through the cancel my order process in their website, but both ask for an order number, which I was not given one. I’m not holding my breath that I will get my money back. This is definitely a scam website. Any site that keeps pumping other products down your throat in your order process sends out red flags, that’s why I TRIED not to complete my order.
STAY AWAY, BEWARE. THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM.

Took 2 months to finally receive it then find out on my cc card bill they charged $20 to much just to find out it does not work, 3 days for it to kill 3 mosquitos.
Customer service is not existent only getting auto generated junk email replies.

The worst online experience I have ever had. After I found out the incorrect address was added to the postage address I immediately contacted them to get the address updated. This happened 3 times and after each time an autoresponder emailed me stating they could not find any previous purchases and to reply to their email with any useful information. I then sent the confirmation order to them and then no response until after the 3rd attempt I finally got a reply. Just a pity it was after the item had been posted to the incorrect address.

Went onto your website to buy 3 units. The process was so convoluted and kept trying to sell me other stuff that i don't want. It wouldn't let me proceed without having to buy more stuff so I cancelled the transaction and still got deducted the money. I want a refund

I ordered a buzzbgone and never received it. I SOOO wish I had read this website before ordering. It sounds like this is common practice.

I was shipped 7 BuzzBGone. One was broken looks like at the warehouse before it was sent. Then you send me another one an want me to pay $101.92 for it. I"M not paying for one that was a replacement for one that was broken at the warehouse it appears!!!!!!!

Order three of these never delivered, no reply what so ever. If I can I will not give even a star for this liers company.

Bought 3 of your buzz-bgone devices because our house was infested with mosquitoes. Wife and I and our 2 grandchildren are being bit more in our house than outside. Charged the devices turned on in the evening before bed. Nothing, no mosquitoes in devices. Not one, house still full of mosquitoes.

I ordered 5 of these units to use myself, and then gift to family members. After a 2 week or so trial use during summer months , the # of mosquitoes zapped was far less than the # of charging days ( recharged every 1 or 2 days) the units required to operate. There is no usable web site, telephone #, or human voice available to speak to after I mailed the units back and requested a refund. This product is more hype than watching phoney pro wrestling on
TV. DON'T BUY, don't waste your time and $$$. Keep your sanity and buy a electric, plug in zapper.

Reliable company; yes, they deliver the product.

Beware! I left a 1 star because I had to select one. They do not deserve anything other than an investigation. They completed a transaction without my permission. I cancelled the order as soon as I found they charged my card. I called their phone # and it was an endless loop no one ever answered and it just went to the same loop no matter what # I pushed. I went to the bank to get my money back and they were able to reverse the charge anyway. Beware!

I have tried to contact them at least 10-15 times through their customer support on their website including immediately after being charged. I’ve tried contacting them through the email address listed on PayPal, text and via phone call. There is absolutely no customer support. The whole website is a scam that uses bots and automated replies with fake names. I was comparing prices on their site and entered my PayPal information to see what the final cost with shipping would be. They try to upsell several additional products to you all along the way. I never confirmed final purchase agreement and suddenly I see that my PayPal has been charged and that the order is confirmed. The address on my order is incorrect, which I noticed right away. I tried first to have them correct the address, but now I want to completely cancel but there has been zero response. Then I received a tracking number and update that my order is being prepared for shipping. Their website says they will cancel your order if it has not yet shipped but there is no way to actually cancel because there are no actual humans responding to any messages. Now my item will be shipped to an incorrect address. I will be filling a claim through PayPal.
