NAD+ is absolutely amazing, my favourite!
GHK-CU is another that I live by. My hair is 100% better than it use to be. Little to no fall out when I wash it. Skin is glowing, nails are strong.
Recently done a marathon and taken BPC 157 & TB 500, these massively helped before hand and recovery.
