Car was damaged at the repair shop Youi appointed to us(only option). When complained, Youi refused and blamed on us as the normal tear and wear, where the damage was clearly marked new and fresh. It took them 6 weeks to respond. It seems the company does not care much about their customers, and they pick dodgy repair shops with sub standard workmanship for better financial gain. Definitely not recommend.

The person I dealt with was personable and efficient however after being a Youi customer for many years the quoted premium was more than $2000 above a number of your competitors.

Customer Service I was very impressed with the customer service provided to me. The phone was answered and with a few seconds I was speaking to the person who was able to discuss my car insurance. All the questions I had were answered in detail and the person I spoke to was extremely polite and professional. I signed up to the insurance policy and within minutes I had all the information sent to my email. In all honesty, all companies should strive to achieve the excellence demonstrated to me by Youi.

Staff being robotic? You won’t find that here! Like a lot of insurances you will get your mumble jumble of words you might not understand fully, (please fully understand your insurance first before you purchase it) or even find the other person on the line completely understanding you. With Grace I felt like I really understood what I was purchasing. I was able to have a real conversation that a lot of young adults hate doing, being an adult and buying important things your parents had to deal with. Grace made the process very simple and guided me through it as if we were friends trying to figure out the best option for me. Customer service was amazing, I highly rate the staff here and you can really feel like they want to help you. Thanks Grace!
