Im just a little tired of having the wrong boxes delivered at the wrong times...and why is all the meat or chicken in such large pieces? The pieces should be at least near bite sized coz the food should be eating without many utensils.

I have been diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and can't cook no more due to my condition and their is no cure for my mg and this makes me being able to eat and enjoy fresh good quality food

I left a very abusive home , im battered bruised, broken, scarred, and mentally not okay, I'm living on my own and life is very hard , mentally, physically, emotionally, soulfully and spiritual everyday is just physically hard, but i still have get up and go to work and try desperately to hold on and move forward one day at a time, you foodz has helped me in my daily struggles to rebuild , Delivery is no problem my food is there when I wake up early on a Saturday, the nutritional value is there , the variety is there , amzing options, great portions sizes the food is healthy, really fresh crisp food, I'm just blown away with how good and fresh the food is , youfoodz takes alot of pressure of me as a person going through a hard time, I'm actually really grateful that your company exsits, You are reasonably price 14 different meals for $155 really is good value , I was spending 300 at the grocery store each week and could only manage to make 2 big meals to last the whole week as meal prep , i was eating the same thing everyday, my mental state and nutrition suffered, I saw a add of Facebook for youfoodz and thought I'd try you as i was suffering and i cant really cook well tbh, I'm glad I did, you have added some sainty back into my hard life of healing and rebuilding, I'm getting home cooked meals with the right proportion that are fresh , crisp and full of flavour delivered straight to my door without any issues, I feel like a little bit of my life just got alot better because of your company, your care and love to make decent food for the consumer is really beautiful, Thank you , your helping me get my broken life slowly back togather, one day at a time , you dont know how much you really helped my sad little broken life get a little better , compliments to all your chefs , all your staff and delivery ppl , companies like yours save lives one day at a time and you don't even realise it. Don't buy from them.
Dont buy from them. They messed up my first order. It didn't arrive and after I spoke to Karen they told me it was delivered and proof of delivery link they sent me wasn't for me. It had someone else's name on it in a completely different town. I asked for a refund. I later got text that my box was damaged in transit and couldn't be delivered. They didn't refund me, just put a credit towards my account. I had to get in touch again and say I want refund not credit because I don't want to order from them again. They said again. they would refund me but they haven't. Even after they replied to my review they still have not helped me. I'll be contacting my bank and reporting them to ACCC and sharing my experience everywhere I can to warn people. I shouldn't have to beg for my money back when they gave me nothing for it.

The food is tasty
The food is tasty, if a bit too dependent on chicken. The delivery is excellent. It is pricey, but in my opinion worth it. The convenience of 2.5 minutes heating cannot be overestimated.

Tasty dishes, although on the smaller side. No option to exclude meat meals from default box (a vegetarian option for subscriptions is needed).

15 boxes of healthy, delicious, quick and easy meals!
15 boxes over the past year! It must be good as I’m pretty picky. Great healthy, tasty, quick and easy lunches for work days. Highly recommend every meal without peas. I’m not a pea eater!

Dinner time variety
Decided to try Youfoodz to get some dinner time variety. So far so good. Meals are tasty and varied which is good. The issue I have had is the cooking time. I have a brand new (2 weeks old) convection microwave and times need to be doubled or thaw the meal first, also some lack a decent amount of sauce which makes them very dry.

Lots of tasty low calorie meals
Lots of tasty low calorie meals that taste like real food. So much easier than cooking when there is only one person in the household. Delivery could be better as they are left at the bottom of the apartment building. This means i have to race down to pick them up. It takes 2 minutes to get to my apartment.

Extremely disappointing experience.
Be careful when browsing.
I was charged for an order I did not intentionally authorise after simply browsing with a promo code — the process is misleading. I didn’t even receive an order confirmation and only realised the charge when checking my bank statement.
I cancelled immediately and contacted support multiple times to stop the order and request a refund. There was no real response, only automated replies.
Despite this, the box was still delivered.
I’ve now had to chase them again for collection and a refund, with no clear resolution. What should have been a straightforward cancellation has turned into a drawn-out issue requiring escalation to my bank and Fair Trading.
Poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a basic request.
Avoid.
