Weedy plant arrived, late half dead. Ignored my follow up. Really poor customer service. Avoid this company at all costs!
See Secret gardening club for more great reviews of this so called plant nursery!
I have used the Secret Gardening Company for years without issue, however, this last year has been terrible. Parts of your order are often missing- you receive a note saying that it will be refunded, but, two weeks later and no refund, no contact from the company, they don’t answer your emails and now my email address is no longer on their system. I have an outstanding order from January that I’m supposed to receive this month, again, I have no idea if it’s turning up or not. They have started limiting who can comment on their Facebook site as they have received so many complaints about their service.
Ordered 12 plants from their Facebook page for The Secret Gardening club. Now 5 weeks and they are not replying to my emails. Looks like another scam. Very disappointed that they are allowed to take your money and then ignore you. I would not even give them 1 star!!! Plants arrived today - seem to be OK (ish) but I would never use the company again, Why did they not answer any emails???
The plants were a week or two later than expected and it was not possible to contact the company by 'phone. I only received automatic responses to my emails and was worried by the trustpilot reviews.
However my largish order arrived today two days after a polite email saying that the had been dispatched. The plants were well potted / packed and looking healthy.
I have waited almost a month now for the plants I ordered to be delivered. I have sent an email but just an acknowledgement saying they are busy. I would not recommend buying from this company I won’t use them again.
It is now 6th May I have emailed the secret gardening club again to ask for either my plants or money back within 7 days. Still no reply! I am contacting my credit card company to start a dispute to get a refund. How is this terrible company being allowed to trade?
Ordered plants from their secret gardening club website in November 2021. Finally received 9 out of 18 plants in April. Very poor quality plants and no refund for the missing plants and no reply to my emails. Disgusting service. I am now having to claim the money back from my credit card company and have reported them to Trading Standards.
Awful company, plants arrived a few days ago, days later than promised. Ordered in March so have taken far too long to dispatch. One pot had nothing in it at all. Two or more plants missing. Emailed them Tuesday, still no reply. Not great customer service at all. And still waiting for one more order but when you email them and they actually reply you get a nonsensical reply.
