I ordered a bikini and the top was too small as I have a bigger bust. I emailed costumer support the same day I got it and nothing. I wanted to at least be able to get a credit to try a different bikini. I sent the first email out on 1/30/23 and right it’s 2/9/23. It says in order to start the return process you have to email them first. I never got any response back. I’m very disappointed and now I’m stuck with a bikini that doesn’t fit.

My package was taking over a month- then got lost. Customer service doesn’t reply often and when they do they are rude, non professional, and basically told me the package was “my responsibility” after leaving their warehouse (it’s the carriers). They never apologized once. I left a review on their website but it never posted which shows they are a SCAM. They basically pay influencers for adds then treat their customers like crap. I’m extremely upset I ordered from here. AUS post can’t help me unless Yolanda reaches out to them and they won’t help me. I’m not someone to complain but that’s how mad/upset I am. I paid $80 and wasted immeasurable time on this. Also their replies on here are not what you get in the real emails- seems like they’re just trying to make themselves look reputable.

Hey there, i haven't heard back from the support channel so wanted to post here. I'm having a lot of trouble getting in touch! I am really excited to get your Clay swim set i ordered on the 22nd of September. It looks gorgeous and i can't wait to wear it on my holiday - i leave next week.

I haven't received any email or shipping updates. I was hoping someone could please help me!! I've emailed twice and don't want to seem like a pest but i've paid with no updates on my order or shipping.

Update: I received an email saying my order has arrived in Queensland for collection. My address is in NSW and the address i provided is my home address!! please help?!

Absolutely awful customer service. Order is supposed to have been dispatched but won't answer any of my emails and keep on deleting my Instagram comments. Not acceptable!!!

Love love love this brand. Bikinis are super soft and so flattering. The colors are the perfect neutrals too.

Taking over 3 weeks to answer, they do not sell the 'body positive' that preach so much. I am 64 kgs having to wear an XXL top. That's a new brand using cheap fabric to start the brand. The top I've had to sent back because of the size, but the bottom I could not wear with anything else because the fabric suddenly get loose, not backing to the original size.
Also the customer service facing this size problem was awful!

Item arrived covered in pull marks. Was told this is normal. After sending through photos as proof it was not I never heard back. Very disappointing.

What a beautiful bikini. This sculpts the body perfectly, and is extremely comfortable. The fabric is so soft and the colour is perfection.

Most incredible swimwear I’ve ever purchased! I got a one and two piece and I love them both so much. The material is super soft and the styles are so flattering, especially if you have curves! I’m so obsessed, I want every colour!! Shipping was also super quick.

I ordered a swimsuit in march and it’s the end of may, still haven’t received my bathing suit and I have emailed customer support several times. The date for shipment keeps getting pushed back, and I still haven’t gotten it.

The quality of this swimsuit is so amazing! It is so flattering and skye helped me with my sizing. Will be buying more!
