Ordered an air conditioning unit

Ordered an air conditioning unit, paid extra for delivery within 48hours, that was 3 days ago, and still update on delivery. Not impressed with service.

Very poor

Very poor. Wrong size panel arrived - too small. Reported this. Sent photo. Was told supplier had been advised and that supplier has said it is the correct size item delivered but the size on the box is incorrect. What a load of rubbish. It's not a label it is printed on the box. A video has been sent to show this.

Komoro large air fryer

Appliance (large air fryer) arrived well-packaged and on time. It is simple to use and generally makes life easier by meaning that we rarely need to use our large oven. However, its one negative point is that the solid tray supplied with it is incredibly difficult to clean. I have tried it on the “chef” cycle in my dishwasher, but it still needed to be hand-scrubbed. Since I prefer to ensure that it is clean after every use, this has become something of a chore. A more user friendly material for this tray would have made life simpler.

I find it extraordinary that you asked for a review when I can’t use the strimmer because it does not work! I have been in contact with you regarding this and I still have not received a replacement battery!!!

Cheaper than Amazon

The price was cheaper than Amazon (with discount code)
Also no issue shipping the Robot lawnmower containing a battery to Northern Ireland for free via DHL. Which is a rarety these days.

Item arrived promptly

Item arrived promptly, fairly easy to build. Good value for what I paid. Unfortunately what I was planning to store was not possible as water can get inside, so have put garden pots in it instead.

The delivery was good

The delivery was good, but I had a box with one of two!
2 days later the second box turned up but not before I had opened the first and got confused with the list of parts.
The shed measurements are the roof size not the base size so again disappointing.
But overall quite pleased with the purchase hence 4 stars.
I would say that the hinges were very good quality.
