Bought a parasole that came with marks all.over it and all scratched at the bottom. Sent 3 emails to customer service to return the item with no response. Totally unexceptabke to send an item out like this

Fantastic service. The shed arrived on time, great quality, and the green colour is perfect. Customer service was exceptionally helpful, especially when I briefly attempted to change the colour mid‑delivery thanks to a friend’s grey‑is‑better campaign. They handled it smoothly and professionally. Very impressed.

Bought a couple of items from the team at Garden Chic, high quality products at a great price. Danielle was so helpful when I messed up one of my orders, nothing was too much trouble for her.

From start to finish I was not bombarded with emails and texts - just the information I needed.
And the delivery - what amazing people. They were lovely and they assembled the item and brought it into my house. It was all done quickly but there was not that feeling of rushedness that you get with deliveries usually.
And the table is perfect. Everyone who has seen a photo says - Oh, that was what you were describing that you wanted. The quality of the materials is great and it smells of wood which is bonus.

Chased an order up and in the end canceled it as its been 2 weeks and still no seat . Called to ask for a full refund . And had to send an email. I wont be using again . Not real customer service . All it is I will send another email . Not call anyone to see where my order was

Avoid at all costs!
Product delivered was incorrect & inferior to what was ordered. Requested collection & refund. Information not forthcoming & no satisfactory collection date offered so charge back requested from CC company. Garden Chic refused chargeback as they said they were sorting. Product has now been collected (delivery company admitted it was crap!). Company refusing refund.
Shambles started in Jan, now April & I have no money & no product. They will possibly dispute however I have all the emails to back it up. AVOID!

After my item was delivered I found on building the item was faulty .I therfore contacted them to complain and sending photo proff was soon rectified the part and are now all sorted with the item .

Really sturdy, well designed and looks great in my daughter's garden. However, the 40 minute construction time was more than optimistic...it took 2 of us over 2 hours to make and the drawn instructions were not that clear. Over all very happy with this purchase though.

I recently ordered a Wooden Garden gate and whilst the customer service team were extremely supportive and helpful, when checking out an extra £20 was added for delivery charges despite the fact orders over £99 are delivered for free. I have not assembled my products yet because of the bad weather! However, I have checked their contents and everything is in excellent condition and working well! I was very pleased with my first purchase so much, that I returned to the company to buy two further products!
The contents for all my purchases were very well packed and protected, with the delivery time being excellent! I am very happy with the items that I have bought and can't wait for the weather to improve so that I can assemble them and admire my purchases!

I bought the Painted Plant Ladder (Small) recently for displaying succulents in the garden during summer. Delivered in a fortnight and well packaged.
Obviously not used yet but pleased with the quality, much smoother and less rustic than expected. Opens easily but good to have facility to fold up flat for storage during winter months to preserve wood liner.
