Paid for item some time ago and still…

Paid for item some time ago and still waiting delivery , courier said no answer , still no item . I am contacting my bank to recall payment as I received nothing.Emailed company several times ,no response. Buyers beware.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a sofa but received the wrong one due to the company’s mistake. Because of this, I had to take time off work and lost an entire day’s earnings.

After reporting the issue, I specifically asked for the incorrect sofa to be collected and the correct one to be delivered on the same day. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Instead, I had to stay home and wait again for the collection and then for another delivery on a different day.

As a result of the company’s mistake and poor organisation, I lost a total of three working days, with no compensation offered for my lost earnings, time, or inconvenience. The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service and communication were far below the standard I would expect.

Parcel undone on Arrival

Parcel undone on Arrival . Stayed in whole day for collection.No labels sent a whole day wasted. Will not send replacement until they have received returned item . Why would you treat a customer like this . Saying they are untrustworthy and will not return opened item .

It was disgusting

It was disgusting. A newly bought purchase and they could not be bothered to even ask about it or give me a loan tv while they fixed it. The company has certainly gone down in my estimation.

Rubbish communications

This link does not tell me what item you wish me to review. I am trying to trace a review I posted earlier, basically saying that I was unable to try the garden vacuum cleaner until I had a chance to try it in the dry. I can't find it. None of your communications specify the item being reviewed, so I am unable to update my comments
