Absolute scam artists . As soon as you win decent money they block your account. I’ve even ended up following true complaints procedure. they don't pay the win and make up a story your self excluded. you ask for proof and they can't provide it as it never happened. they also lie and say the UKGC have a rule that anyone self excluded gets their money back win or lose that's a lie but even if it was true there are loads of complaints NOT giving money back when self excluded. they are a con company avoid at all costs.SECOND PART in response to their response. note they will not comment on the fact they advise the UKGC say all deposits to be refunded win or lose when they know they have kept money from people that lose and not paid people that win.they can't comment as they know it can be disproved. they have already been fined for allowing excluded players to play .

Having the same problem as lots of people trying to get my withdrawals paid but asking for proof of my identity on 2 occasions, I past the verification process at the first attempt but then customer services rejected it, so I've had to send more evidence, now in touch with the gambling commission who are now taking a very keen interest in my case and in regular contact with regards to my withdrawal process application

They took multiple deposits and didn’t pay out on wins still have over £7000 in my account which would have put me in profit on this account it was won on a 50X Crazy Time via Evolution Gaming have even contacted Gionata La Torre who is one of the owners of Evolution Gaming. I have been through a 2 week enhanced due diligence process could not have provided them with anymore proof or info to show my funds are legitimate. 100% avoid this SCAM Casino like the plague!

Terrible just terrible avoid, try everything they can to no verify you. Ask for documents and documents, then can’t read them right when sent. Take ages to verify still not and doubt I’ll ever get my withdrawal

I came across this site after a recommendation from another website. Here is my honest review.
I deposited a sum of monies and lost, which is fine. I then deposited approximately £1500 more and straight away my account was blocked. They asked me to send verification documents which is also fine, however once I sent the usual ID, Bank card, utility bill to them they stated I needed enhanced checks done. I then stated that I just wanted my deposit refunded and I would go else where as I didnt feel comfortable with the intrusive documents they asked for and they said to me that they would keep the money and not allow me to withdraw unless I sent them; three months bank statements from both if my accounts, mortgage papers, mortgage payment papers, marriage certificate, and probably more as Im still waiting for a response.
I can honestly say that its the first time Ive come across a casino asking for this much information. I was asked less questions when getting a mortgage.
Stay away and use a reputable bookies, these guys dont care about customer service.

Honest review here. Was worried about a withdrawal after reading the reviews but no problem whatsoever and in my bank within 24hrs. After a few more withdrawals they asked me to verify my account. Uploaded pics of what they asked for ( 3 items, passport, bank card, proof of adress) and again within 24hrs I was verified. Not sure what others have experienced but I can honestly say there's no problem with getting money from this casino.

Worst worst worst ever!! Stay away, my husband has just reported them to the gambling commission. They are asking for the ridiculous amount of documents. He has sent them everything and they still come back with more requests and still have his £3000 withdrawal!! Stay away stay away. He wishes he had read their reviews first.
