Great and convenient app. Little overpriced compared to competition, but convenience made me stick around

This is a scam website.
They're stalling and refuse to return my balance.
Every time I contact them, they say they're checking with the finance department.
And in the end, nothing happens.

t worked, but not very well. Initially, the installation wasn't easy; I had to modify some configuration settings for it to work, and it took us a while to figure it out. The signal is very unstable, even in cities.

The YeSim work in Kenya great and it was easy to install. There are no problems.

I was charged €10 unexpectedly on my Yesim account. When I first contacted customer support, no compensation or refund was offered at all.
Only after I had already posted a public review did support respond by offering a full refund and bonus credits, but strictly on the condition that I update or remove my Trustpilot review first.
This situation cost me a significant amount of time and caused unnecessary frustration, as I had to repeatedly follow up in order to receive a basic response regarding an incorrect charge.
I find this practice problematic. Refunds for incorrect or unauthorized charges should be processed independently of public reviews. Reviews are meant to reflect genuine user experiences, not to be used as leverage in exchange for compensation.
I clearly informed support that I am willing to update my review once the issue is resolved fairly, transparently, and without conditions. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for the refund to be completed unconditionally.
I hope this issue will ultimately be handled in accordance with consumer protection principles and ethical customer support standards.
