BEWARE
BEWARE! BEWARE! Choose the right Doctor for your specific surgery. We all take breathing through our nose for granted until someone takes part of that option away. My doctor Eduardo Weiss of Hollywood Dermatology did just that. On February 12, 2025 at Hollywood Dermatology DR. Weiss performed what he said was a simple MOHS surgery on my nose tip to remove Basil Cell Carcinoma. Not only did the syringe administered by an assistant to numb my nose cause pain because it pierced the wall of my nose which bled for six weeks but now it was doctor Weiss's turn to proceed. During surgery it felt like Dr. Eduardo Weiss had grabbed my nose like it was a broken handle on a 400 pound steel door squeezing & twisting along with improper local anesthesia. Now another assistant probably in training had to administer more anesthesia and did so by poking the bridge area of my nose with a syringe that left a sore red spot for several months. After the assistant did this he stood over me watching DR. Weiss with the dripping syringe which was very non professional & weird. Because Dr. Weiss was in a hurry possibly to return to other patients or perhaps just NOT qualified to perform such a sensitive procedure including closing the wound properly he cut and removed to much cartilage causing NO adequate nasal structure support leading to the collapse of my left nasal valve/lateral wall as well as other internal damage. Doctor Eduardo Weiss left me with visual nose damage, internal nose damage and severe mental stress as my air intake through my nostrils at times is less than 50% of what it used to be before surgery. NOT being able to sleep at night due to lack of being able to breath adequately I developed severe sleep deprivation which has now caused me (partial hearing loss) (slight blurred vision at times) (anxiety during the day and severe at night) (fatigue) (shortness of breath due to blocked airways) (Sinus issues) (Severe alternate nasal breathing). THIS REVIEW IS 100% TRUE! I have not talked to Doctor Eduardo Weiss since the surgery NOR do I want anything to do with him or Hollywood Dermatology! What would he say to me after doing all this DAMAGE to me? Perhaps I'm sorry! Currently I am being treated by other Doctors for breathing issues as well as a severe sleep disorder while searching or a permanent fix. The action taken by Doctor Eduardo Weiss along with some of his medical assistants have demonstrated a willful disregard for my well being and a serious breach of professional duty. On August 8th about 3:00 A.M. I called 911 and was taken to the Hospital by Ambulance due to complications that followed DR. Eduardo Weiss's incompetent failed surgery. NOW! As of December 2, 2025 I am being treated for Cancer in the same location on my nose that DR. Eduardo Weiss claimed he got it all! All my breathing issues caused by Dr. Eduardo Weiss still exist & my medical records show something very different then what actually happened!

This company is a scam AND WILL RUIN…
This company is a scam AND WILL RUIN YOUR SMALL BUSINESS.
They are a dying business looking strong-arm small businesses into contracts with the promise of elevating your brand awareness and traffic to your business, just so they can stay afloat.
They took their sweet time setting it up, and were over 2 weeks late to deliver. Not only that, before I had even seen any of their service, they were already trying to squeeze more money out of me saying they could build me a website, upgrade my plan, ect, ect.
I have not seen or heard from them in months, can't access the dashboard, and when I do, they have wrong information online and I am locked out of changing it.
Regardless of wether or not this is a write-off, you're much better off posting on social media and chasing testimonials/reviews.
Don't make the mistake I did. Save your coin, save your business.

I regret doing business with yp
I regret doing business with this company they essentially scammed me. They misrepresented the service by charging higher than the discussed price and claimed the contract could be cancelled whole sending me different terms than I had agreed to.

This was the worst experience I could have with any of the marketing companies. During the one year contract they provided very minimal service, which has absolutely no impact on my business.
What is worse at the end of the term they never contact me, but kept charging my credit card on monthly basis. After reaching out to them and canceling the service they continued to charge my credit card. I had to reach out to visa to stop the payments.

Misleading Sales Practices and Hidden 12-Month Contract – Yellow Pages Canada
I’m writing this to warn other small business owners about my experience with Yellow Pages for Business.
I was approached by their sales rep, Tom Vigonich, who assured me repeatedly that my subscription could be canceled at any time if I wasn’t seeing results. We even discussed what would happen to my backlinks and listings after cancellation, which made it clear that early cancellation was an option.
Now, after several months of zero measurable impact on my Google rankings or business visibility, I called to cancel — only to be told I’m locked into a 12-month contract. This term was buried in their contract fine print and never disclosed verbally, despite direct and specific questions about flexibility before I signed.
This kind of misleading and manipulative sales tactic is unacceptable — especially toward small businesses already under financial strain. Their renewal policy is equally deceptive, making it unnecessarily difficult to avoid automatic renewals unless written notice is given months in advance.
To make matters worse, they’ve failed to deliver any of the promised visibility improvements, and their “guaranteed placement” claims are vague at best.
I strongly urge other business owners to record all calls, get written confirmation of cancellation terms, and think twice before signing anything with Yellow Pages. They use outdated SEO tactics, vague metrics, and fine print loopholes to lock businesses into recurring payments for minimal or no return.
In my opinion: Yellow Pages no longer provides credible digital marketing value — only aggressive sales tactics and contractual traps.

The Account Managers are liars and the service Yellow Pages is a BIG SCAM! SAVE your money do not use them for anything. We were told we would get a credit back and now because we didn't renew the service they wont refund for a service in the contract we signed up for.
Stay away
Save your money, you'll be locked into monthly payments for min. 1 year, and no early cancellations. I listed my service for a year and got literally zero results. $100/mo for zero results is not worth it, you're better off putting this money towards any other form of marketing.
The Corvette Shop is absolutely the BEST Shop In San Diego
The Corvette Shop is absolutely, positively, THE # 1 repair shop to take your Corvette. Larry (and Crew) has the undisputed knowledge of ALL things Corvette; he's like a walking encyclopedia. It can be stressful taking your prize possession into a shop not knowing exactly what your outcome is going to be, but you can be assured no need to worry here. One point to keep in mind, be patient, appointments can be a wait, but totally worth it. True professionals and I wouldn't trust my "Vette" to any other shop in San Diego. Thanks Guys!

Sent To Collections but Services Not Delivered
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Yellow Pages Digital (YPD) regarding my advertising contract.
My ad ran for nine months without my name and contact information, despite consistent monthly payments of approximately $130. This rendered the ad useless for its intended purpose. Although my information was eventually restored, this occurred near the end of my 12-month contract, and YPD never explained why my contact details were removed.
YPD also breached our agreement by failing to provide a replacement ad representative after my assigned representative left. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful, and I later learned my representative had become a local realtor.
I received no benefit from this altered ad and experienced poor communication from YPD. Their services are severely underperforming, and I consider their offers to be misleading.
My account has been sent to multiple collection agencies, leading to three years of unwarranted harassment. YPD owes me a refund for the months my ad was ineffective due to their alterations. I refuse to pay for services not rendered, especially given YPD's three breaches of our agreement. I fulfilled my contractual obligations, but YPD did not.
I find YPD's practices unacceptable, viewing them as predatory and profit-driven. I believe they should face drastic legal action, potentially leading to bankruptcy and closure.
I strongly advise against engaging with YPD, as their promises appear empty, leading only to distress. I intend to report them to the BBB and encourage others to do the same, as well as to research past class-action lawsuits against them.
If YPD continues to harass me and threaten my credit score through collection agencies, including 'Credit Bureau of Canada Collections,' my lawyer and I will initiate a class-action lawsuit against them.
This has been my worst experience with any company. Their conduct is disgraceful, particularly for a Canadian-headquartered company.
***An added note:
A Yellow Pages Digital sales representative is now contacting my 15-year-old son, who operates his own successful car cleaning/ detailing business.
This is highly predatory behaviour and I’m guessing very illegal. There seems to be no bottom to how low Yellow Pages will go.
I’ll be looking into this situation as they have called my son on two or more provable occasions.
This is especially questionable as his social media advertising is his only advertising and includes his age and school grade. Predatory and wholly unacceptable of Yellow Pages.

YELLOW PAGES IS A FRAUD AND MUST BE…
YELLOW PAGES IS A SCAM AND IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
If I could give this company ZERO STARS, I would. Yellow Pages should have gone extinct along with the phone book—but instead, they’re still out here running blatant scams. A few months ago, I was contacted by a YP rep named Andrew. He promised me a flood of leads for my business at $600 a month and swore I’d see immediate results. Desperate, I signed up. Guess what? NOTHING. Not a single call. Not a single lead. Months went by, and all I got was money drained from my account. When I tried to cancel, YP completely ignored me. No answers, no help, nothing. To make matters even worse, I started receiving scam emails from fraudsters using YP’s logo and branding. I reported it directly to them—and of course, they did absolutely nothing about it. After digging deeper, I found HUNDREDS of people on Trustpilot with the exact same story. This isn’t a coincidence. This is a pattern of fraud. I am dead serious about taking legal action. If you’ve been scammed too, I urge you to join me in a class action lawsuit. Contact me at 403-923-4821—let’s band together and put an end to this garbage company once and for all. Do not fall for their lies. Do not give them a single dollar. Yellow Pages is a fraud, and it’s time they were held accountable. To date I apparently owed $6G! No you are NOT getting a cent.

This is without a doubt the worst business I have ever dealt with. They have harassed me for over a year for a bill I paid a year ago. Then they reported me to credit bureau!!! I have contacted them and showed them my payment and still they kept contacting me!
After I reported them to credit bureau with proof of payment they just sent me a statement with 0 balance.
Do not waste your time with this company!
Yellow Pages are real scammers
Yellow Pages are real scammers. It’s a total trap. Please stay away from these people and never waste through money with them. They deceived me and kept calling me seven times until they convinced me and then it turned out that they just steal peoples money
Yellow pages are brutal to work with
Yellow pages are brutal to work with. They promise high exposure and multiple new business leads coming in regularly.
I have been with them 5 months with zero return on investment. I called to cancel my subscription, and they refuse to cancel. They will continue to charge for 8 more months without my consent! What a bunch of lying scammers!!! Do not get caught in their trap! You will lose money for sure!
Rental property
For anyone looking to rent an apartment, Huntley ridge/ southcreek apartments is a great place to call home. We have worked with Wooten properties for the last 2 years and have no complaints. They have been very helpful and made our stay here enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

The contract was extended automatically, even though I had emailed months earlier to cancel. That agent never phoned me as he said he would. When I called, the agent on the phone refused to honour my cancellation and wouldn't escalate the call. I spoke to an agent the next day. She had me send the email chain and then got the advertising cancelled. They didn't refund my overpayment. Had they done so, I would have given them 3 stars. I upgraded from 1 star as they did cancel the advertising.
