do not recommend

I ordered some hoodies about a month ago... sent a message on instagram asking for an update, no response. I used the chat system on their website, waited 45 minutes on the chat, no response. Sent another message on instagram, again no response.... Just buy from someone else its not worth this headache.

Rude customer service and incredibly irritating inside labels!

The customer service is rude and unpleasant. And they use harsh rough inside labels that are incredibly irritating and also sown in so tightly they are nearly impossible to remove without damaging the garment. The sweat shirt I bought was pretty much unwearable until I finally removed the label which was so tightly stitched onto the garment that it was a major hassle to get off. When I contacted customer service to simply suggest this was a problem, I was basically told to “get lost” but with much ruder language.

Terrible experience all around

This is just the worst customer service/online buying I've ever experienced. Your messages will expire in 7 days if no one responds, and surprise! No one will. It's a joke. I've been trying to get a refund on this sweater for two months now, and no one has gotten in touch with me. It's just been terrible.

Not to mention I accidentally placed this order through Facebook, which *do NOT click "proceed to checkout" if you're not prepared to automatically pay. Not given an option to put in discount codes or check my payment method, but literally just took my money automatically. Terrible experience all around. Give me my money back - I literally don't want this sweater.

*Edit as of 10/21 (original order was on 6/19!!!) - Literally had to file a dispute with my bank to get this resolved. Do NOT order from this company.

Good quality product BUT I went to go…

Good quality product BUT I went to go return something and they closed off the opportunity to do so 7 days after the purchase. They started to return my emails but then stopped. It's been over 40 days and I have received NO word from them on my return. RUN............

took my money, didn't provide a product.

I made an order, never recieved it but did receive an email letting me know it was out of stock and that I could get something else or request a refund. I request a refund weeks ago and havent heard ANYTHING back. Filed a dispute with my bank. What is most irritating is that they keep promoting flash sales but they can't get back to me. They took my money and didnt provide a product or a reasonable way to get ahold of them. They're website chat is basically unmonitored. I've heard nothing from them. I tried reaching out via social and it appears those messages get neglected too. I see other people trying to reach out on comments to no avail.

I never write reviews but had I read…

I never write reviews but had I read the others I wouldn't have purchased and maybe this will help deter someone else. Took about a month to receive which is fine but one of the items was wrong size (fault on their end) too small to wear and haven't heard anything back from them. website now says they don't accept returns, which honestly I don't even hate. However if they send you the wrong size they should fix it especially at this price point.

Seemingly not a real company

Same as everyone else. Ordered a sweater, site said available to ship and 4-7 business days. Received an order number, charged my credit card, crickets. Started following up about four weeks later. In response to an email, the auto reply said they no longer use emails, use the website chat. I hit up the website chat daily for a week without a response. Threw my hands up and contested through my credit card.

Great company with high quality…

Great company with high quality products. Customer service also good being that it is such a small company. I am seeing a lot of negative reveiws but I think they are due to a high surge that was not ready during the winter drop all of my products came in well and Owner helped me to fix a mistake I made where I messed up sizes even though that was not part of there policy. 10/10 very excited to see this group continue to grow. Ps. For all the previous negative comments keep in mind growing brand with small staff so if influx of orders comes they might not always be able to handle them but I will say the summer spring drop did not disappoint and there were no issues with shipping or delivery so It is highly likely that those issues are a thing of the past. Would recommend in future to anyone out there dont listen to the haters.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Misleading advertisement around return policy. States that there's free returns, but they do not provide any kind of prepaid shipping label. Instead it prompted me to send it back with the carrier of my choice and pay for it out of pocket. When I reached out to them, I didn't get any sort of response

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I ordered items 4 months ago which have still never arrived. They have ignored all attempts I’ve made to get shipping information or a refund. The company is a complete joke. Do NOT purchase from them. Their sites need to be taken down so they stop stealing money from people.

I wish I could give less than one star

I wish I could give less than one star. The owner is a complete loser fraud who will take orders for things he doesn’t have and then keep your money. I waited 5 months after ordering in June and was blocked on social media by then for simply asking for an update after waiting 4 months for my order. You’ll have to dispute it with your credit card company because this company is a scam.

Scammers! Don’t buy

I ordered 300$ worth of sweatshirts 3 months ago and only received 1 after 3 months. Every email just leads to the same response of how they’re sorry and never gave me my clothes. I never leave reviews but I will now. Don’t buy from them

YELLOW LABEL CO. - Not a good conpany

Do not order anything from this company. They sucked me into thinking there was a “buy one get one” sweater sale WITH a free hoodie. One of the sweaters never shipped because they oversold inventory. I had to pay for an exchange for the hoodie and sweater that did arrive, due to being too small, and after I had returned the items and payed for the return shipping label (approx $30) they told me they sold out. Would have just kept on to the items had I known they sold out. Their customer service is bunk, their supply chain is wack, and their inventory tracking is terrible. Their whole winter flash sale marketing was a desperate attempt to make sales without thinking of customer satisfaction. So all in all, down $30 with no products from them. Shit company tbh.

Zero stars if allowed

Zero stars if allowed. This company is a disaster and likely a scam. They run “flash sales” on Instagram for a cash grab and are literally not able to fulfill orders for months on end. Only when you email them 3-4 times do they finally say the order cannot be fulfilled and they will give you a refund. They offer you a “discount” code to buy something else as a “token of their appreciation” for the issue but don’t fall for it. They delete comments on social media that tell the truth about their business practices. News flash, they won’t be able to fulfill your next order even when they tell you they can.

Same problem that everyone else has…

Same problem that everyone else has said. Ordered before Christmas and received half of the order. Everytime I email them they say "good news, we are sending in batches and we will let you know when your batch is coming." And then nothing. Do not order from this company. They are awful.
