I’ve certainly had more downtime than with my previous provider Giganet. Speeds vary between 900-1900mb on download, although speed guarantee should see this closer to the upper end of the scale. Some... See more

Fail company commitment !!!!
Long process of fixing fouls!
Much lower broadband speed provided than promised in the contract commitment my previous provider virgin media promised 350 MB/s but usually I have had 380 MB/s but you committed between 750-950 comparing to my best 440 MB/s 😱😤 never again dealing with you !!!

The advertised speeds are nowhere near…
The advertised speeds are nowhere near what they claim. I’ve had to buy a combined 2.4 & 5ghz extender to get half of the download speed AND my Sky Q box I’ve had to put a wired Lan in as it just used to drop out n say I had no internet connection. To be honest, much though they have absolutely awful customer service, Virgin signal was better on a 250 package than this (alleged) 1Tb offering…!

The installation took over 2 weeks to arrange and complete. Once complete the router needed to be set up with an app, but no advice was given to advise. This resulted in a long complaint, however did receive free period as a resolution.

All in all surprisingly good
All in all surprisingly good. I read the negative comments but decided to give them a try as they are a fairly new company. I was paying more for a lot less from my previous provider. Reaching speeds of 930 mbs consistently compared to my previous 72 mbs from elsewhere. You may read bad reviews but I haven’t had serious issues with them. Downside for me is no apparent call center. I can see this company going from strength to strength.

Excellent value, occasional issues.
Been using Yayzi for few months now.
It's definitely a good value broadband, but as a small, new broadband provider they do have some teething issues i.e. There were couple of outages that affected me, speed and latency fluctuations, streaming services were not working initially, because my ip was identified as VPN. I do feel that team is working hard on improving the experience for customers.
In general I am happy with the service, but if my income depended on my broadband I would not trust it. Yet.

Customer support can be sketchy
We've lost internet on 2 occasions since starting with yayzi in January.
There's no number to call you have to submit tickets online for issues or use WhatsApp to contact the team. 1st occasion it was fixed really quickly at thier end but the second time we were left with no internet for almost 24 hours with very little help, we were promised an engineer visit and told we would get an eta, then no further contact. We turned everything off for a couple of hours ourselves, tried the router again and it worked. No one has followed up with us about the engineer visit or possible faulty router (which we were told was a possible cause). Speeds are good though and it doesn't constantly drop out like virgin media used to. Price per month is very good compared to virgin media.
Incredible Speeds and Value
Simple signup process, seamless install and service activation. Speeds have been incredibly consistent and symmetrical since joining. WiFi on an iPhone 15 Pro Max in the same room as the router on the 2.5GB package topping out nicely at 1.5GB close to the maximum the device can handle.
If you want incredible speeds down and up at a fraction of Virgin Media ‘Gig1’ prices (who can only give 125mb upload) then Yayzi are the guys to join.
Incredible 2.3Gb/s with 4ms ping!
Incredible 2.3Gb/s with 4ms ping!
Awesome connection, symmetrical upload and download speeds... 1 small issue occurred with Yayzi's peering partner - they jumped on the issue and worked all night to resolve, apart from that it's been rock solid for almost 3 months now. Definitely recommend!
Fast and Reliable Fibre, still waiting on my mesh router though :(
Yayzi are providing reliable and very fast fibre to my premise and are the only company in my area offering 2gbps download. I would love to give this company five stars however the exclusive WiFi mesh pro router they offer and that I bought outright from them 2 months ago has still not arrived. I have been told it is due to a shipment delay and is stuck on a boat. I think it is wrong that they are advertising the mesh extenders on the website when they can't provide them. I feel like my contract will be over by the time I eventually receive one. Surely the company should have a redundancy such as a different acquisition and delivery method so the customers can receive and use the products they have already paid for.

Far superior product than Vodaphone
Far superior product than Vodaphone. No hidden charges or surprise increase in bills.
Better than the rest
So far, so good. They changed their WhatsApp contact number and never told anyone. They also had to do some serious network configuration a month into my new contract. But they take my DD on time, at the agreed amount and service has been reliable so I'm happy!
No issues at all with Yayzi - Smooth install and speeds as advertised
No issues at all with Yayzi. Cityfibre just gone live this week in my area.
Install was smooth and support were very helpful and responsive as I wanted to install my own router at home. Thanks Liam
On the speed front I can confirm (no problems, see below) I am getting a full 2.5gig up and down with the setup and service provided.

Initial support really good
Overall happy with the service being provided.
Initially the speed was no where near that promised but with the help of the Technical support on Whatsapp the problem was resolved and all is now is up and running well.
Intermittent service
When the internet works it is really good however the amount of drop outs that occur is disappointing. The television is forever saying that there is no internet despite only being an arms length from the router. My kids complain that the internet isn't working regularly as too does my wife. It was advertised that the internet could handle every device you throw at it and more but unfortunately that is not the case. We have 7 devices using wi-fi and although it does work on all there are frequent drop outs
If you can get it, get it!
Set up was straight forward, ish, but not city fibers or yayzis fault, blame BT and a broken lorry...
Speed is great, price is great, easier to get in contact with someone rather than the face lest giant crap like virgin...
Did have a 4 day outage though and took longer to get sorted than it should and some major instability afterwards that took a while to get level, but still better than virgin for their price speed and customer service...
Aside from a few teething isues
Aside from a few teething isues, once it was all sorted, the service has large been flawless
Try and avoid this company
Shamelessly falsified coverage, yet again shamelessly charged before installation date... and shamelessly communicated on the installation date they cannot install..

They installed pretty quick. The install team were very good and I am getting 2gb at the moment. Not hit 2.5 yet but that could be my limitations with computer. Will try again over a few months.
The only bad thing so far will be communications. I had teething issues and could only get hold of them via email and tbf to yayzi it was answered in a few hrs
