Overall, my experience with this product and the associated services was highly positive. The customer service provided was exceptional, and the scarves themselves surpassed my expectations in terms of their amazing quality and resemblance to the product photos. Additionally, the shipping process was impressively fast, making the investment for shipping to the US well worth it.
However, I do have a couple of constructive suggestions for improvement. Firstly, it would be beneficial if the website could update the available color options to reflect their actual stock. Currently, there is a discrepancy between the items listed for purchase and their availability. Although the company promptly contacts customers to offer alternatives or refunds, it would be more efficient and effective if the website displayed real-time stock information.
Furthermore, it would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience if the company provided comprehensive tracking information for orders. While the shipping process was swift, having detailed tracking updates throughout the package's journey would add an extra level of convenience and peace of mind for customers. (Especially to the US where package theft has become more and more common).
