Very disappointed with my experience. The watch I purchased broke after minimal use, despite being advertised as a high-end, top-quality product.
I contacted the company twice to try and resolve the issue, but I have been completely ignored. I expected much better customer service and quality, especially given how the product is marketed. Unfortunately, both the quality and the aftercare have been very poor.
Amazing experience my watch was the perfect gift for family. I hope to have another excuse to purchase again.
Absolute bullshit of a company. Bought a watch from them, stopped working completely within two months, tried to contact them on many occasions, still no reply. Avoid at all costs!
The watch was not great quality. The watch face was okay, but the strap was the biggest problem. The pin kept coming loose and as it had a spring it would fly away. I couldn't wear it even if I wanted to.
