Had my Yarbo for about a year now
Had my Yarbo for about a year now, and honestly it’s been awesome - cuts grass great, blows snow like a beast, barely have to do anything myself!
I’ve had my Yarbo Snow Blower and Mower…
I’ve had my Yarbo Snow Blower and Mower for about a year now, and I’m honestly impressed. The snow blower handled last winter’s storms with ease, and plow attachment for the heavy wet snow, and the mower kept my lawn looking great all summer. The best part is not having to switch to gas or push anything myself, it just does the job. There were a few updates along the way, but each one made the system smoother and smarter. Overall, a solid investment that’s made yard work way easier year-round.

I’ve been using the Yarbo Mower Pro for a few weeks now, and it’s been great- not only does it handle my lawn really well, but it also mulches leaves surprisingly efficiently. It’s nice not having to rake so much in the fall. A few small software quirks here and there, but overall, really solid performance.
Honestly the Yarbo Leaf Blower has been…
Honestly the Yarbo Leaf Blower has been a lifesaver this fall. Usually I spend half a weekend raking, but this thing just goes out there and does the job while I sit on the porch with a cup of coffee.
It’s got plenty of power, even for the wet leaves after a light rain (and you know how that goes around here). The first setup took a bit to figure out, but once it learned my yard, it’s been solid.
Not cheap, but it beats freezing my fingers off in October trying to clean up the yard. Would 100% recommend to any Minnesotan sick of the endless leaf battle.
I’m in central Pennsylvania...
I’m in central Pennsylvania, and the Yarbo Mower + Snow Blower setup has been working great through all four seasons.
The mower handles my mix of grass and slight slopes no problem — stripes the lawn nicely and saves me a ton of time. Took a couple tries to get the mapping dialed in, but once it learned the yard, it’s been smooth sailing.
When winter rolled in, the snow blower module really showed its worth. Cleared my driveway and walkway fast, even after those heavier PA snowfalls.
Not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first, but Yarbo’s really nailed it. The thing just works — rain, shine, or snow.
I’m out here in Montana
I’m out here in Montana, lots of open space and some bumpy ground, and the Yarbo Mower Pro has been holding up pretty darn well. Once it gets going, it cuts clean and straight, even with the uneven spots in my yard. The machine’s got power and doesn’t mind a little dust or a few pine needles.
If I could, I’d give it a 4.5 stars — the only reason it’s not a full five is that the setup and mapping took me a couple tries to get right. Out here with spotty GPS, it can be a bit finicky. But once mapped, it runs smooth as a whistle.
All in all, solid piece of gear. If you’ve got patience for the setup, it’ll do the job and then some.
Yarbo’s customer service is amazing
Yarbo’s customer service is amazing! Quick replies, clear communication, and they actually solve problems instead of giving excuses. Easily one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer…
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer service teams before, but Yarbo’s support is honestly next level. Every time I’ve had an issue — from firmware updates to figuring out a mapping bug — someone actually replies fast and follows up until it’s fixed.
They don’t just send canned responses either; they look into logs, explain what’s happening, and even push updates remotely. I once got a replacement part shipped within a week after reporting an issue. That kind of service is rare these days.
Not everything has been perfect with the product, but the way Yarbo handles customers makes me confident sticking with them long-term. Real people, real help, and they actually care.
I’ve had the Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro for…
I’ve had the Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro for about two months now, and overall I’m pretty impressed. It’s not perfect, but man, when it’s working right, it’s really cool to watch.
Setup took me a little longer than I expected — mapping my yard was a bit finicky at first, and I had to redo a few areas to get clean edges. Once that was done though, it’s been cutting super evenly and saving me a ton of time every week.
Battery life is solid, the new RTK antenna seems to hold signal better than my old unit, and it handles my sloped areas surprisingly well. I did run into a firmware glitch once that required a reboot, but support was quick to respond and push a fix remotely.
Not totally “set it and forget it” yet, but honestly, for a product this new, it’s doing great. Definitely heading in the right direction — would buy again.
Yarbo has freed up our 3-4 hours mowing per week
I purchased my Yarbo to take on the mowing maintenance work of my property, about 1.6 acres of grass in total. I have wide open skies and both GPS and HaLOW work like a charm. The mowing experience has been mixed. Yarbo is excellent for Kentucky blue grass sod. It's not so great at longer field grass (fescue/rye/buffalo mix) mostly due to the the mower design. I've had some minor hiccups with Yarbo getting stuck due to "obstructions" which aren't real and I have to prod it along. So there are ups and downs but I haven't touched a mower all summer so it's taken all the work off of the family, freeing up time for hobbies, sports, etc., which was our goal. I'd say Yarbo takes more frequent maintenance (weekly greasing, monthly blade changes, cleaning out grass, etc) than a traditional mower but it's less work each visit, if that makes sense.
The blower's definitely not quiet
The blower's definitely not quiet — but that’s fine, because it does the annoying job I don’t want to do anymore. The Yarbo blower clears leaves fast and saves me a ton of time. Watching it handle all that mess while I stay inside with a coffee? Totally worth it.
Yarbo’s Getting Better Every Day…
I’ve had a few bumps along the way with my Yarbo, but the support team has always come through. They replaced my Core quickly and followed up until everything worked perfectly.
No product is perfect, especially from a newer company — but what matters is how they respond, and Yarbo really cares. Mine’s running great now, and I’m excited to see how it keeps improving.
Keep it up, Yarbo — you’re on the right track!
Challenges Come & Go --Improvement Always Follows...
Yes, it seems we all have experienced one or two "hiccups" throughout this Yarbo journey...
I, myself, experienced issues with my Core Unit (purchased 07/20/2025) failing to charge on the charging dock. After putting in a ticket to the Yarbo Support Team I received a new Core Unit within a three week time-span. Happy, happy, joy, joy!
The new Core Unit works exceptionally well and I have had little to no issues thus far.
You must understand, with Yarbo being a fairly new company there are going to be issues. It's not perfect, but by golly, Yarbo seems to be doing their best at ironing out any kinks along the way.
I applaud Yarbo and their hard working Support Team for all that they do --and all that they've done, to keep Yarbo on top of the autonomous lawn mower game. Yarbo is, by far, the best one out there. And I am looking forward to what's to come.
To Yarbo and the entire Support Center Team:
You Are Appreciated.
Thank You for making my lawn look so amazing!
The only riding mower replacement
No robot mower is perfect but the Yarbo is the most powerful and fully featured yard robot hands down. Only 2 mowers on the market can mulch leaves and small sticks. Only Yarbo serves as a near fully capable riding mower replacement. Snow, leaves, pulling yard tools like sprayers, spreaders and carts. It has some minor GPS issues to resolve but new software updates have greatly improved those issues.
This has hands down been an awful…
This has hands down been an awful experience.
Let’s start with events then we can talk about customer service.
I purchased a Yarbo and activated it on 8/1, after days of troubleshooting it was determined I received a bad unit. On 9/13 I got a replacement after 4 units had been shipped and pulled back or sent to wrong addresses. It worked. Only the original mower module (not the pro) wouldn’t work well for my yard. So I asked about an exchange. No dice, it had been over 30 days. Yet it hadn’t. It had been 2 weeks with a functional mower. Didn’t matter. They will not accept a swap nor a trade in.
Ok, after a horrible start, screw it, I’m stuck with it… let’s get the pro module and give it a go. I also need a plow. After explaining my side to Yarbo, I’m given a 200$ discount code and told to go ahead and buy the promodule. Mind you this is mid October, and I live in a snow state. I had told Yarbo I was looking at a plow as well. I put the plow and the pro module into my cart, go to check out… error, this code isn’t a working code or has already been used. I email Yarbo; they tell me the code is only for the mower attachment… right but I need both, so I have to do two orders?
Now I spend the 2600$ on the pro attachment, 5 days later I get an email stating they are out of stock and it will take 30+ days to get. So I will have it in December. There was no mention of this at all at time of purchase.
Their customer service team needs to be gutted. They need to have people there who actually understand a complaint, and not have a language barrier.
I have 60+ emails from them, 3 different email chains and they have no internal communication. This has been an awful experience and if I had to go back and pick a mower company, it sure as hell would not be Yarbo.

Yarbo Snowblower And Pro Mower
So far so good. First started with the Snowblower last winter, it did a great job even in a rural setting on gravel driveways and parking lot areas, it just does the work. Alone comes spring, summer, and fall and I never had to manually cut grass, not even once, 5 acres of grass. I upgraded to the Pro Mower, even better performance for my dense wet grass.
Very promising
I got the snow blower and mow pro combo. There have been a few hiccups but so far I'm pleased with the performance of the mower. Support has been good responding timely and addressing issues satisfactorily. The hardware is very promising, I'm looking forward to getting the Back Brace Mount so I can tow a small trailer around the yard, the stock mount is really only for very light loads or trailers/carts that support themselves and only apply pulling loads not tongue weight. The software is currently adequate but they are very responsive to feature requests and feedback and I'm excited to see how it matures over the next year+👍
I just completed my first full mowing…
I just completed my first full mowing season with Yarbo. I'm impressed with it's shear power compared to my Mammotion Luba. It consistently mows my 4.5-5 acre field and it has never looked better. The best part is I haven't had to manually mow the field in 6 months which has saved me 4-5 hours a week. Looking forward to the continued advancements Yarbo puts into this platform.
I have been with Yarbo since early on…
I have been with Yarbo since early on and have been impressed with the company. Their dedication to engineering and developing an exceptional product I feel is unparalleled. I have the mower and snow blower again impressed with the quality of the product as it is a substantial product manufactured for long term durability. The units work well are easy to program and get up and running. I am looking forward to seeing new products being offered. I did feel the company could have done a better job launching the mower pro module just shortly after I received the regular mower module. If I had known this was to offered I would have waited for the Pro module as these things are not cheap. I did end up purchasing it and what an improvement it is.
I have had no issues with customer service and support tickets have been responded to with in 24 hours or sooner.
