The eye patches had alot of lint on them, which made it very hard to work with.

I normally have a lot of success with this glue but my last order is not working for retention. I’ve had multiple clients have poor retention after a week. I’m a little disappointed this time around with the glue.

I have bought a tweezer and a flexfusion eyelash glue.
But. I haven't used the glue yet,
And the tweezer is ok. It's lighter than the other tweezer.
But. You can only pick up less and than 5-6 of 0.05.
More and than 5-6 start fall in parts.

I hope the glue is good 🙏

I’ve been using and trusting XtremeLashes since 2016. During this time, I can’t tell you how many time and how proud I was everytime I talked about the quality of the products. I also sent all my friends, co-workers, and even one of my ex-bosses to take the course. I wish I could continue to talk good things about this company. Unfortunately just right before the pandemic hit, the lashes weren’t as the same quality wise. I thought it was just a bad batch just something that would be fixed soon. Nope. Things started to go down hill from there. I emailed, talked on the phone, DM them on Instagram. There’s always a “we will look into it and will get back with you ASAP…” blah blah blah. No one ever get back to me. I didn’t even complain or asking for refund or anything like that. I was just letting them know if there’s a problem with production and if I need to wait before order more lashes. Long story short, XtremeLashes used to be good and on the top of their games. But not anymore. No one cares except when you put something in the shopping cart and not finish checking out. Someone would call you right away to “remind” you that you haven’t spend your money on them yet. But after you finish the payment, “someone” (maybe a ghost) will get back with your problem lol. I gave up. After 5 years using them, I finally venture out and try different lash company and so far, I’m glad I did. No more wasting money and time opening packages and packages of lashes that are stuck together with excessive amount of glue at the bases. And save yourself some disappointment.

Love Xtreme lashes. Omni Volume and X wrap are my go to lashes. Super easy fanning and the Xwrap give so much more drama than any other brand and they attach so easily. The only problem I have with Xtreme is that they did not stand behind their product when I was receiving defective volume lashes. They knew about the issue before hand, did not notify us, and never rectified or replaced my product, even after admitting there were lots of defective lash strips. And speaking to two different people at Xtreme. It’s been months and no remedy.

The rapid dry Omni volume glue dries way faster than i am used to but the class had great technique and shaping information that I use for the rest of my career, and excellent products!

My experience with buying product from extreme lashes is wonderful I feel the price are not bad at all And the quality of the product outstanding and a delivery is pretty fast

Been more than two weeks no conclusion about me returning a unopened profuct

Xtreme Lashes are the highest quality we can buy, they're soft, weightless and natural looking, I just love them and wouldn't wear and/or apply any other brand…

The tweezer is so expensive I expected it to work but it cant even pickup the lashes on the line. The customer service is suck i have to called twice for them to send in an email as of how to return the product. Warning: they have re stocking fee of 20% if you want to send something back which i think its a ripoff when the cost to send it back is on the customer.
When i purchase the tweezer i was expected to have an Experience but no, i’ve paid $128.95 for a tweezer that is not working at all and im losing $8 to send back, 20% purchase price which is $23.8. Thats a total of $31.8 for nothing. They also said as i quote “ it seem like you didnt received training from us, when they tested the tweezer it be able to pickup 12 lashes”. I’ve been doing lashes for 5 years i’ve never experienced any service and products that’s ridiculous.

Update: so they decided to wave the 20% stocking fees and refunded the full amount to me. Still i give them 3 star for not make customer aware about trainning before purchasing their expensive tweezer. Because it didnt work for me at all.

Xtreme is great! I had a question while ordering, I wanted to use my points I have been saving up and didnt know how to apply them. She helped me step by step and was very patient with me! She was friendly and asked many times if there was anything else she could help with.

I love the quality of these lashes I’m not trained by Xtreme but I’ve been a lash technician for 11 years. I’ve had the most compliments using these mink lashes.

Best money I’ve spent on skills training.
Everything was too notch, well organized, excellent support system.
Gigi my trainer was incredibly supportive and thorough with her students. I even personally thanked her for how gracious and calm she was with students who didn’t grasp the activities as well as others.
I’m overseas and customer reps ensured i got my supplies in time for the course start date, by sending my items before schedule.
I am still impressed by it all!

I have been using the cleanser and the eyeliner for several years now. Both are top-notch products for use with my lashes.
