I’m very pleased with the product…
I’m very pleased with the product although I’m giving it a 4 stars because I’ve been waiting for the X-wrap to be back on stock. I filled out a survey a while back and still nothing. X-wrap individual lashes are my favorite and can’t find anything similar.

Lint free patches
I recently purchased the lint-free under eye patches. Once the patches are in place, they stay in place while nourishing the under eye with Hydrolyzed Collagen and Aloe Vera. What a lucky client...under eye nourishment

Customer service was good . They only thing I wished extreme would change is offer the volume lashes in packs of 3 or 4 lengths. Such as 9 to 14 lengths .

I’m still missing a box of eyelash pads…
I’m still missing a box of eyelash pads that I ordered in April. I was told I would have them at the beginning of June. Then I was told a second time by the beginning of July. It’s the middle of August and I still haven’t received all my eye pads. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.
