The jacket arrived
The jacket arrived, dumped outside my front door despite delivery instructions as to where to leave it. It was rather creased up and the lapels were all over the place. Will require pressing before I can wear it.

We apologise that the parcel was left outside despite your delivery instructions, and that the item arrived creased and not in the condition you would expect. We do steam all items before dispatch; however, creasing can sometimes occur in transit as items are packed in postal bags and handled by couriers once they leave our warehouse. This is not the standard we aim to deliver.

Firstly false price advertisements on price, which is something for "Trading Standards". Price lured me for
£119 only to actually pay £149.99, robery! velvet tuxedo jacket which came folded? affecting the quality!
Poor packing, for such an expensive item, will leave an appropriate message elsewhere too.

To clarify, the jacket has never been advertised at £119 — the correct price of £149.99 is clearly shown on our website.
In regards to the packaging, the jacket is folded during transit as it is passed through multiple courier stages after leaving our warehouse. However, we do include a free suit bag and protective cover, and it is packed securely in a strong mailer to ensure it arrives safely. Any light creasing is normal in transit and can be easily removed once handled or steamed.
If you are not happy with the item, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund in line with our returns policy.
