We had a good-sized tripple room, bathroom was modern and new, hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and we appreciated on-site bike rental possibility. Big supermarket nearby. Overall, a very good stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel, the staff was very kind and friendly at all times.
The room was clean and the beds are larger than usual in hotels.
Breakfast has great options, but I would like to have more vegan options than just yogurt. There are plenty of milk alternatives which is a great start as many hotels still don’t have these but this is an aspect that could be improved a bit more:)
The airport is not far away and the next tram station is about 5-10 minutes of walking away, so the city center is easy to get to.
Overall a good stay, I would totally stay here again

Check-In and Check-Out was super easy with self-service terminals. The hotel was clean and modern. The location of the hotel has a good connection to public transportation and also to the airport. I had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

The good- Hotel was really well located, with a tram outside the door! The room was very nice and spacious.
The not so good- unfortunately the bed was mainly foam and was too soft for me and my partner, we woke up with back pain each morning. While the room was cleaned and bed made each day, the wrinkled sheets were just straightened and not changed. This let it down a bit.
Overall a convenient stay.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. Our stay was for 4 nights. The 1st night we noted the A/C was not working and notified the front desk and "would look into it" was the response. 2nd day, same...no A/C, again, we notified front desk..."strange, should be working". We asked to be move as the room was stuffy and very uncomfortable. No rooms were available. They identified the issue (Friday) and should be fixed by next day and asked us to open the window. The opening of window is having approx 1 inch of an opening...A/C was not fixed. Saturday, (3rd night), not fixed, delivered 2 small fans to the room. Moved us for 4th night to a room with A/C. Apparently, the whole 8th floor had no A/C. They comped us 2 breakfasts for 2 days. However, upon returning home, I reviewed my credit card and there is a €40. Reached out via email inquiring the charge and to date (approx 4 days later), no response. Unclear what the charge is for. So overall, the stay at this property was not pleasant.

The location was very central. BUT, soundproofing is non-existent. I couldn't sleep any night (stayed for 4 nights). People were partying until 3 am and then construction was starting at 7 am.

The staff here are lovely and will help with whatever you need. The only fault I have about this hotel is the smell of the bedrooms (I can only comment on the room I stayed in 333). The whole room was polluted with the smell of sh*t it was coming from the drains in the bathroom. The hotel told us they knew about the drains smelling and they will put spray down the drain to help. It only helped for an hour or so then the smell was back. This is not nice when staying in the room for a 4 night holiday and waking up to this smell and going back into the room after being out all day to the smell again. I understand that it can’t be fixed in 1 day but my only concern was why did the hotel staff put 2 people onto that room knowing and admitting they knew it smelt like this

A 4* hotel with no complimentary water?
I was given a room with 4 single beds and not ONE double bed when I asked for this they said they do not have this!?
I was a single traveller what do I need 4 single beds for, 4 single beds that are infested with bed bugs! I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed, I feel extremely uncomfortable now with these bed bug bites, DO NOT BOOK!

I genuinely struggle to find anything positive to say about this hotel.
The room had no air conditioning whatsoever. When I complained that the room was unbearably hot, I was simply told to "open the window." Unfortunately, the hotel is located next to one of the busiest highways in Amsterdam, meaning opening the window resulted in constant traffic noise throughout the night. Sleep was practically impossible.
After further complaints, I was eventually given a fan. Sadly, even that was broken.
There is no restaurant on-site. When I asked the receptionist where I could get dinner, I was literally pointed towards the vending machines. Not exactly what you expect when staying at a hotel. We ended up having to walk around the corner to find food and even basic necessities such as bottled water because none was provided in the room.
The surrounding area felt incredibly unsafe. There were people openly drinking, smoking, and loitering in the streets. Several individuals appeared heavily intoxicated, with some seemingly passed out nearby. It was far from the welcoming and safe environment you would expect when visiting Amsterdam.
The service was equally disappointing. When we asked for a glass, the one provided was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. We purchased food from a local shop and politely asked for a plate, but were refused. Somehow they couldn't provide a plate, yet they managed to hand us a plastic knife and fork.
The staff throughout our stay were dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. Every request felt like an inconvenience.
I've stayed in budget hotels, hostels, and roadside motels across Europe, and this was by far one of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever encountered. Between the unbearable room conditions, lack of basic amenities, poor service, questionable cleanliness, and the atmosphere surrounding the hotel, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs.

First impression was a total disaster. We arrived at 2:15pm after an 10 hour flight with a one year old toddler and we were told by staff that our room was ready but we had to wait like 20 more minutes to check in. The self check machine is programmed that way I assume but they were more than capable and able to to check us in a few minutes earlier to accommodate a family with a child. Instead they went back to drinking their coffee and just laugh the whole time we were there patiently waiting. Also, unfortunately this hotel looks a lot better in pictures. Beds don’t have an actual mattress, it’s just a pad which is hard as a rock. The pillows are just as hard and they’re very small. Our room was visibly dirty, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long, hair everywhere, dirty juice bottles under the bed and by the curtains too, candy rappers as well. The shower had mold, the wall tiles were dirty too. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. They were annoyed with all guests on site every single time anyone needed something. They just brew coffee for each other all day. The power went out in our room for no reason and we wasted an entire morning without being able to finish getting ready and head out to the city. The one time we requested housekeeping, they took one of our room keys without any explanations. We couldn’t wait to leave this hotel, even though we extended our stay in Amsterdam we booked another hotel.

Hotel was great and ideal location for arena. Room was very warm but settled after a couple of days, aircon did keep switching off but assumed this was on a timer so didn’t raise at the time as it did cool down quickly once back on.
Staff really friendly and quickly helped with an issue we had with the safe.

We stayed for a week. Room was clean, quiet and everything was easy to access. Tram and bus just outside that took 20minutes to get into the centre. 20min walk to Vondelpark. Breakfast food was great too.
