4 starts due to poor shipping box
We are very happy with the products and price. The shipping time is a little slow but that is stated on the order so is fine.
The reason I did not give 5 stars was because the shipping box had fell apart in transit and we were very lucky not to have lost some of the items.

Bad instructions on the website about…
Bad instructions on the website about if the product is approved to use in the country you live. Selling stuff without the right papers so not usable on the vehicle. Customer service reaction was that I as an Customer should know and be aware of it and they don't have any responsibility while selling it in the country. After research on the web I found alot of complains about this in Switserland so the company knows but don't care to much. Strange way of taking care of that and very unpleasant experience like this. Didn't order at an website that showed to be from another country but meanwhile get the excuse that they are not responsible because they are not a Swiss Company. My last response they don't even answer, just ignored. Rude.

My delivery arrived after two month
My delivery arrived after two month. I advised them many times by email that I was leaving this address and he needed to be on time. I took a 10 days buffer but was not enough. No follow up on the email. Very disappointing.
