Never got my order ,no info , nothing
I placed my order on December 22, and as of January 6, after 17 days, there has been no concrete update about the shipment.
The tracking has never changed and only says that the package will be handed over to the courier soon, without any further details.
The ordering process was easy, but the complete lack of shipping updates is definitely something that could be improved.

Shipping took a while but quality is very good. I will never buy from temu or alixpress or any other chinese merchant because they are same price or more expensive and veryyyy bad quality. XLMoto didnt dissapoint me at all!

Contrary to the product images, the helmet was delivered with the wrong visor. Customer service is being unreasonable.
