Placed an order on march 2nd, eventually got a shipped notification on march 27th, however no tracking available.
Have been regularly emailing them to request a refund, keep being promised its being escalated to a 'specialist' however still had no contact.
Going through my bank to get a refund as nothing is progressing with the company itself

Ordered items, after a month of no action I emailed the company to ask what was happening, after a week of waiting for a reply they said sorry will find out what's happening, after another week wait I emailed and asked for the order to be refunded. They did not reply.
A week later they sent a shipping notification. A week after that I noted the item was not with sender as they still had not shipped the item - just put tracking details on but the item has never reached the depot or been scanned into the system.
I asked for refund AGAIN. No reply. I now have to go to my bank to sort this out.
