AVOID!! the purchase is not Risk Free. It's misleading to consumers that if the product doesn't help you quit as claimed that you're not risking your money. €60 for a stick with a hole. It's only risk free if you don't open the product.. which doesn't make sense, that's just a standard return.

Update
No resolution since the company replied, they sent me a label with no barcode or way of tracking the order so it would cost around €24 to return. They said it's not their problem if the label doesn't work from Ireland. Reported the false advertising to the Authority for Consumers and Markets. No Risk should mean not being out of pocket at all.

I recently purchased the breathe lio pro with the metal tip. My roommate also had the original lio and the plus. So I was able to try the original lio until the my lio pro came in.

Original lio
I really enjoyed the (light) weight and hold of the original lio. It is lightweight and feels natural to hold and breathe in through with the original cores. I also found if you year the core on the top end in day 2, you can get more flavor.

Lio plus
I was able to try the lio plus with the original core with the residence plug in and to me that was perfect. Exactly what I need to shift from vaping to lio.

Lio Pro

The pro with the new cores doesn't feel as nice to me. I don't like the new core in the pro. It's too airy, I wanted like the barest sliver of airflow for it to be enjoyable for me. It's also really heavy and with the metal tip I worry about it in my mouth since I tend to hold my vape in my mouth so I can vape while I game. I can't do this with the lio pro

I did try the old core in the pro lio and I did like that a bit better. But it's still pretty heavy, the resistance to breathing in is much more similar to vaping with the original core. It did feel like better weight distribution with the original core vs the new core.

Overall
I really enjoy lio and I'm lucky enough that I was able to try all three.
So I was surprised that I liked the lio quite a bit. However, I really enjoyed that I could use it anywhere and that it's not harmful.

Ordered it on 26th March. And its 15th April today and still no parcel from them. No customer care number available to contact.

UPDATE: Got my parcel one month later. But it actually works as if you fray all the way to mid. It will give you a satisfying throat hit. I liked orange and mint flavours the most.

A week update:
It actually works. The throat hit is amazing. Mint and orange are my favs till now. You can tear half and half core snd combine to mix flavours. Its amazing

Breathelio is a complete scam. ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY GUYS.
I placed my order on the 1st of March, its the 12th of April and I haven’t received it. Their customer support keeps saying that it will be delivered soon and its been almost 45 days where their website said it will be delivered in 2-3 days. NEVER order from them! All the positive reviews you see are because they offer discounts for reviews (for the products that actually by chance make it to the customer). I have requested support for a refund multiple times and they are not even giving a refund despite a 30 day money back guarantee. Extremely frustrating dealing with this company.

Excellent product and service. This has been a game changer for my son’s journey and has now been nicotine free for 4 months. Lots of other things he tried and failed this is the only devise he has stuck to and feels able to manage with. Lovely packing and comfortable to use.

They don't even deserve zero. I ordered my product on 26th March, which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. To date, it has not been delivered and is showing as waiting for pickup. No response at all from the support team on the emails; I doubt if they really even exist, or if it is a SCAM. Not reachable on the given WhatsApp numbers. Their promotional emails are still active from the same email ID, but there are no responses to the customer issues. Please do not buy from them.

I am very happy with the Breathelio product. I decided to quit smoking, but I needed something to keep my hands busy during evenings or stressful moments. The product completely meets my expectations. However, I made a mistake when placing my order, and the support team was extremely helpful and caring. I would like to thank them for assisting me. Without a doubt, I will buy essential oil cartridge refills again if needed.

Zero star unfortunately not available. SCAM company in UAE. No proper response or customer service. All AI driven responses. I requested their product and didn’t receive it. I will raise awareness in UAE against this company to protect future users. I have all evidences and screenshots and will take both legal and social media pathways.

I paid 49 euro for the staterpack it does not taste the same they say on videos no flavour at all and if you try to get a refund they say you have to wait 30 days its NOT LEGIT no phone number they dont email back if you ask for money back DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE 49 EURO FOR THIS SCAM

The flavoured sticks don't tightly pack in the wooden vape stick. So there's no pull experienced from sucking the air through. It's just air and not really tightly picking up from the flavoured stick. They sticks also fall out.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Breathe Lio. Since using their product, I’ve found it much easier to stop vaping, which has made a big difference to my overall health and daily routine.

I love this item. I had the original but the new one has made lio the best product in the market hands down. Maintaining the wood outer is aesthetically better than metal but the metal inside maintains core strength. The new dot which holds the core in place is great as its multi purpose now. I can shallow breath or deep breath with strong resistance if I need a grounding moment. I can actually feel the peppermint in my lungs which reminds me of a steam room..

I've had to put a chargeback in because despite the product being extremely faulty they will not give me my money back. There is a huge hole in the product and they say oh yeah you need to 'thoroughly fray' the stick to keep it in. WHAT???? Excuse me? I've frayed the stick, it feels awful like pulling apart a bit of cotton wool - that horrible feeling and the sticks still fall out all over the house which is dangerous for my baby. I'm putting in a chargeback today for refusal to refund - DO NOT BUY!!!!

They promised next-day delivery, but days later, the package hasn't even left the warehouse. Using 'fast shipping' as a marketing tactic to target people during cravings is predatory and dishonest. Avoid this company.

Order paid on January 12. Part of the order was missing from the package. Support said they would ship the missing item, but I never received it and no tracking or shipping confirmation was provided. The promised delivery time has passed and I’m still waiting.

Considering how expensive these products are for what they actually are, customer service should be far better than this. Very disappointing experience so far.

Honestly, I woudnt bother reviesying but this product really helped me quit smoking, so I believe they deserve all good reviews so hopefully more people notice and try quitting smoking.

I placed my order with Breathlio on 13 November 2025 and, months later, I still haven’t received it.

There were no proactive updates, no transparency, and every follow-up from my side only resulted in more delays. The final response I received was that they cannot even provide an estimated delivery date because they “don’t have one.”

Waiting months after payment with zero accountability or timeline is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering — you may end up waiting indefinitely with no clear resolution.
