I recently bought a dress and a pair of…

I recently bought a dress and a pair of heels from Xenia Boutique.
It was only after purchasing that I read some poor reviews and panicked that my order would not arrive in time, or at all.
I was pleasantly surprised that they took only 2 days to arrive (not including the weekend and a public holiday) The items themselves are absolutely beautiful. Very, very happy customer! 😊

I just recently ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding. I knew the shipping would be a while since I live in the US and the company is in Australia. The shipping took way longer than the time advised on the website and I was nervous the dress was not going to show up, since it took almost a month to arrive. However, I reached out to the boutique twice with concerns and was responded to VERY quickly and was provided with a US tracking number to ensure it was on its way. Regardless of the ship time, the dress is GORGEOUS! It fits great and it was worth the wait. So if you have the time, order in advance and you won't be disappointed!

It was super easy and fun. My clothes came within a couple days and I LOVED my new dresses I purchased. Great quality for the price.

Beautiful clothing

Fantastic friendly customer service & quickly responds to enquiries. Great clothing selection as well and the prices are reasonable. This was my first shop at Xenia online and will be coming back here again.

Awesome clothing

Awesome clothing! What you see is what you get! And what makes it even better is that they are true to their sizing. As most people who buy off the Internet would know how hard it is to find quality clothing that fits perfectly is a very rare thing. Another bonus is their speedy delivery. Once ordered, it's usually in my hands in 2 or 3 days and I live in regional fnq. Keep the awesome clothing coming Xenia Boutique ! You guys are awesome!

Great customer service

I had great customer service as I was unsure on what size to get my girlfriend as the team at Xenia Boutique were very helpful, I also received my order the next day! Plus my girlfriend loved the items!

🤩🤩🤩

i’m not sure where all the bad reviews came from, maybe i just got lucky! i ordered the byzantine dress in black and gold. my dress came in 3 days with the 2-5 day shipping which is far sooner than i thought it would be considering it is not from this area. the dress looked even better than the photo showed and fit true to size. i’d definitely try this website out.

disappointed

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago with the 5-10 day shipping and it has still not arrived. I need this dress for a dance and by the time it gets here I won’t even need it anymore. I tried reaching out to see where my package was but no response. They also will not refund me only store credit, which is useless to me because there is no need for a dress if I already had my dance.

I really hate this company

I really hate this company. They have the WORSE customer service I´ve seen in MY LIFE! They take absolutely no responsibility to help the customer to check where the parcel is. It happened to me twice where I never recieved my parcel, and it got bounced back to them. They dont even refund the money - all you get is a voucher. So your money is stuck with them. When I try to reach out to them in time, to ask them to help me check where my parcel is - all they give me for an answer is: look with your local post office if the parcel is there. How?! I have no information about the parcel and where it is!!! They suck! And I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from you.

YES YES YES

I was hesitant at first because this place is in Australia, but I decided to go ahead and order something because everything on the website was so cute and they have free express shipping to the U.S over $125 (I spent around $150 so that was a good option).

My order came really fast for international shipping (I order things from Europe, so I should know, haha). It was very nicely packaged, no problems with customs or the items themselves at all. I called to check on the status of the package once (I always like to know where it is) and the shop employee was super duper nice, too.

I will def be buying more in the future!!!

Our experience over time with Xenia

My partner and I have shopped here for years and we love the whole experience. The clothes are always changing and when I am looking to buy my partner something the staff always help me and make a normally frustrating process really fun.

As a bloke, I normally find it hard to shop for my loved one and a big shout out to the crew there for all the help. She loves the clothes and I love the service.

Give them a chance!

I know most of the reviews here are negative but I still took the risk when I noticed that they were posted a couple of years ago and a couple of them had since been edited to say Xenia had improved. Best decision ever. They are reasonably priced, delivered within 4 days of placing the order and the quality of the dress was surprisingly good! I ordered my size but found that it was a little loose around the shoulders, but it was barely noticeable. Overall, I had a surprisingly pleasant experience shopping with Xenia Boutique and would highly recommend you also give them a chance.

Do NOT shop here!!!

Worst customer service! I first received a dress that looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture, and it was frayed all at the bottom. Plus the shipping took forever. Terrible quality very cheap looking. I ended up paying $22 to return ship for online store credit. The dress was not even tried on before it was shipped back. They finally got back to me and said there was stains on the skirt of the dress, which is impossible, so they can’t refund me for it. I emailed them asking for pictures/proof twice and got ignored both times. Plus, if I want the dress back, I have to pay return shipping! Horrible overall & will not recommend to anyone, will warn everyone to stay away.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CLOTHING!!

I have purchased from this website 3 times now and each time the clothes are received the next day. Gorgeous clothes and friendly staff. I have had to phone up and deal with the ladies a couple of times, they are truly an asset to the Xenia Boutique business, lovely phone manner and always go above and beyond to ensure they have assisted with my inquiries.

Thank you ladies, as usual Ill be back placing a last minute order on a Thursday for that upcoming weekend. :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT SHOP HERE. dishonest. Sends defective clothing knowing the return process is expensive and a hassle. Only will give a refund and a return postage voucher (no idea what that means) if "they" deem the item defective. I sent photos to prove the dress was faulty and they refused to send out a quality dress. $70 down the drain. Don't do it... will not look like the photos.

Extortion

Yeah This is a joke. I bought 3 dresses from them online. I specifically checked each size guide before I ordered each dress, yet only one of them even came close to fitting. The other two were super messed up. The second one was a "medium," but the top was so big I could use it like a baby sling and still have room. The third one was also a "medium," but it was like wearing a burlap sack. They are both made out of really cheap fabric. The worst part of all of this is their "return" policy. What they really should call it is an extortion policy. You have to personally pay at least $35 in shipping to return things, they do not accept returns of sale items (even if they're faulty), they will only give you store credit, and if they decide your items aren't good enough to pass off on someone else as brand new... You have to pay $15 to get you stuff back! So no matter what you do you're giving them more money. This is absolute bull. I will never buy from this place again, and I am warning all of my friends to stay away

BAD!

So i have waited for my items for 1 year now and still having trouble with it.
So i ordered the package 13/12-2015 with fast delivery to Denmark, which was 5-10 Workday. At 23/12 i hadnt got the package and i thought it was just delayed. So another weekend went by and i still didnt hear from them. So i contacted them and asked what happened to my shipmemt. They said that the package had failed to deliver so it was send back. Then I asked them to send the package again and I paied for the shipmemt fee again. Then it i waited 1 month still not package. Then i contacted them again. And yet again they said it failed to deliver. Then i asked for my money back, because i didnt want to pay shipmemt fees on orders that I dont even get. And thats where im stuck now.
They will not give you your money back no matter what. I got a voucher for 10 AUD. And i bought for about 160 AUD.
I think thats very bad service. I would avoid buying from them if you dont live in AU.
Im sertainly not buying from them ever again, neither are any of my friends.

A pleasant surprise.

After reading all the (not so pleasant) reviews online about Xenia Boutique, I ordered a dress for my 21st birthday, hoping and praying it will arrive and that the material will be decent (not cheap). I expected the dress to arrive at least after 3 days, but to my surprise, after placing my order yesterday, the dress arrived at my doorstep today!! To make it even better, the material of the dress was pretty good! Really happy with my shopping experience with Xenia's online boutique. Will definitely come back to them if I need anything else. One star deducted just because there are so many other negative reviews about them out there, so shop at your own risk.
