Brought a dress thinking it was from there retail site at Bondi to discover the dress was sourced from overseas and in china. Sent an email, but with no apology, I asked for a refund which I couldn’t get only a credit. I would not buy from this place very miss leading and poor customer service as well

Orders are dispatched from the closest available warehouse to the customer to ensure efficient delivery. As you are located in Australia, your order was fulfilled from our Shanghai warehouse, which is clearly outlined on our website.
Regarding your return request, our returns policy is also transparently stated online. We offer store credit for change-of-mind returns, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are reserved for faulty items only.

Unfortunately the sizing is not as…

Not a great quality skirt was Supre quality; looked more expensive online ….Unfortunately the sizing is not as advertised and returns are unavailable. I’m a size 12 who ordered an xl and it won’t go anywhere near my hips. The size guide is BOGUS too. Be careful, order up if you can.

Do your research.

I haven't received my item yet but was VERY disappointed that the items are not from Australia. You only find this out after you buy it. I wish I had read the reviews. They advertise a price then put GST on after you put it in your bag.
It's been 10 days and still no tracking information. They advised they will keep me updated, no updates received. I queried the delay when I received the confirmation that said 4 weeks to deliver. They responded it was 1-3 days to process order and 8-11 days to deliver. That's still only 14 days max! Not one month.
I'm worried the item will be terrible quality now.
Very disappointed.

Your order was placed just over a week ago, and as per the tracking we provided, it’s scheduled for delivery by Australia Post tomorrow—right on time. Our shipping policy clearly states 1–3 business days for processing and 8–11 business days for delivery, which your order falls well within as it was ordered on the 13th of July and looks to be delivered by tomorrow as we just updated you with the Australia Post tracking.

While our HQ is in Bondi Beach, we fulfill orders from warehouses in the US, Asia, and Germany—this is outlined on our website. It allows us to offer a broader range of styles and maintain competitive pricing.

As for GST, we’re an Australian-registered business and legally required to itemise GST at checkout—this is standard practice across Australian retail.

We understand the wait can be frustrating when you're excited to receive your order, but we’ve kept everything in line with what’s promised. If you have any concerns once your parcel arrives, we’re here to help.

I am a size 8 and it would fit a size 12 the small.

Quality is terrible

Quality is terrible! I ordered a jacket that had the most foul smell ever that triggered an asthma attack for me! Terrible, terrible quality. Avoid at all costs! They refused to refund the faulty product and only offered a credit! The advertising looks great but when the clothes arrive they are absolutely terrible and smell disgusting! I can see from other reviews that this is the experience of many! I just wish I looked at reviews before purchasing from them.

Fake items, lies about refunding, incredibly horrible customer service

I ordered a dress from Bikini Saturdays on 25/03 and contacted them right away to cancel and get a refund when I realised they were using someone else’s content as advertising for their product. They responded on 27/03 acknowledging my refund request, but still went ahead and shipped the item on 31/03!!!! The dress has been returned to sender unused and unworn, but now they’re asking to send the dress BACK TO ME and pushing me to pay for shipping (unbelievable). The customer service experience was incredibly frustrating and dismissive, and lacked any willingness to resolve the issue fairly. I’ve since reported the business to NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC

*EDIT —
1) i have all emails showing I did not use any offensive or racially ab****e language towards anybody

2) I have proof they confirmed they will action my refund once they get in contact with their warehouse, but shipped the items days later, going back on their word.

3) They only processed my refund once I actioned a dispute from Afterpay

4) They edited their models’ faces with AI after having being called out on using another creator’s content for their advertising

5) Beware of the seemingly “good” but NON GENUINE REVIEWS, everyone!!!

They do not care about the quality of products their customers gets, and does not keep to their word. All in all not a trustworthy business.

We were in ongoing communication with this customer and acted in full alignment with our clearly stated policies. The cancellation request was submitted after the order had already entered processing, which is outlined on our website. Despite this, we still attempted to assist and offered options to resolve the issue. As mentioned we source globally from various designers.

Throughout the process, the customer’s conduct became increasingly aggressive, including bullying and racially offensive language directed at our team. This behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We take these matters seriously and when in communication with the ACCC, who confirmed that our handling of the situation was appropriate and in line with consumer law. A refund was ultimately issued, and we requested the customer refrain from shopping with us in future.
Wre are truely sorry you didnt like the look of the dress on you although the aggresive behaviour demonstrated was highly surprising from this matter and we encourgaed you to find brands you feel more comfortable with and we will continue to work with the 1000's of local Australian and internation customers we love! We truely wish you all the best with your future shopping.
