Cuts your DOMS drastically.
Really good product that I have been using for 2 years. I used to get really bad DOMS after crosssfit workouts but 3 of these a day is enough to reduce it to a mild muscle burn. If you're double training or competing up it to 6 a day. Delivered quickly with some really nice freebies.
