An Exceptional Experience

I had joined Limitless earlier this year, after struggling so long mentally and physically with my mind and body. Limitless, and especially my trainer, Kate, have been exceptional. I’ve learned so much about PCOS, diet, and how to make the most out of a workout. This past year, I’ve dealt with a lot of personal ups and downs, and with Kate’s support, guidance and patience, I’ve been able to make good progress. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer or team of people to help my emotionally, mentally and physically through this journey.

Going great so far with Kate!

I’ve been working with Kate for over a month and the experience has been truly amazing. I’ve learned so much about nutrition, meal prepping, exercising optimally and just being mindful - and i am starting to see real results!

Before Kate, I was working with a personal trainer that didn’t really “see” me - forcing me to do vigorous workouts, cut carbs and anything I could to lose weight as fast as possible without factoring in my cycle, hormones and other things that were getting in the way, and he’d always make me feel bad whenever I’d get on the scale.

With Kate, I truly feel seen and that she has my best interest at heart. She always gives me positive feedback, even when it comes to tweaks I need to make or if I’ve had a busy week and couldn’t stick to the plan. She understands that it’s a lifestyle change and gives me the grace to figure out how to incorporate the program into my routine - I never feel forced or shamed into anything.

The only challenges have been the remote nature of the program (having to record videos of my workouts in the gym for feedback, which I appreciate that she is so willing to offer but sometimes it’s awkward; measuring my waistline and taking weekly pictures) - but Kate is very quick with her weekly check-in feedback and always answers my questions as soon as she can despite our time difference. She’s also always willing to hop on a call if needed!

My experience with Alialifts and Harini

I cannot say enough great things about Harini — she is nothing short of incredible! From day one, she kept me accountable, motivated me to stay disciplined, and truly believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. Harini has a rare gift for making you feel supported while also pushing you to be your best. If you're looking for a trainer who will guide you with both expertise and genuine care, look no further. What really set this program apart was how sustainable it felt. I didn't have to cut out any foods or make drastic sacrifices — it was completely doable and fit seamlessly into my lifestyle. I am super happy with the Harini

I am super happy with the Harini.
Her approach is very tailored to an individual. I am a South Asian Indian and our food habits are very carb heavy, Harini took an initiative to give me some recipes that are around my food habits. This in itself was a big relief for me. Also a big thank you for the patience that she’s had with me with all the mental and emotional things that were going on in my life. I am happy with the entire program in general and I can see a positive change in my self and for the future.
I look forward to continuing with the program and being a better version of myself in the future, both physically and mentally.

A great experience!

I’ve been working with Coach Harini since September 2025, and after more than a decade of strength training, she still managed to take my progress to another level. She guided me seamlessly through a bulk and now a cut, giving precise form feedback that made every session more effective. When I dealt with a non training injury, her advice helped me to stay on track without compromising recovery. Most importantly, she honed in my macros and nutrition tracking while keeping my relationship with food healthy and sustainable. Her feedback is prompt, and our plan is always clear - yet flexible when life or my body needs it. Highly recommend Coach Harini for anyone serious about long-term, sustainable results!

Coach Harini is the best!

I’m in my second month with Limitless Coaching, my coach Harini is the most wonderful and supportive person I’ve ever met. I’ve tried many other coaching programs and just gave back because I couldn’t see or feel any results but with Limitless Coaching and Coach Harini my life has truly transformed, I’m doing things that I would never really do like walking back from the train station I would always take the bus, from someone who would always eat out at work and survive on snacks and sandwiches I’m making my own homemade meals from nutrition plans Harini has provided me with. After 10 years of feeling like failure because of my body shape I’m feeling so motivated and positive to keep going and I know I’ll achieve my dream body and this is all thanks to coach Harini she’s always there for me when I need motivation and to keep me going always giving me advise on how to do the better and what I’m doing good at. Visible change in scale and mirror

After years of working out 5-6 days a week and trying so many diets on my own I’ve FINALLY reached my lowest weight in less than 1 month with limitless! Thanks to Harini I look toner, feel stronger, lift heavier and im more mindful about what I consume. Harini never fails to check in or hold me accountable when it comes to logging food or getting my activity in. I love that I’m still eat what I crave— burgers, tacos, ice cream but still SEE progress. I used to shy away from scales, body tapes, and looking in the mirror but ever since I started limitless I’ve become more excited to weigh in every day just because I was stuck in the cycle of gaining and losing the same weight/fat over again and it genuinely feels unreal to visibly see change in the scale and in the mirror. I have been incredibly privileged to…

I have been incredibly privileged to work with Annie on my fitness journey. She has taught me so much about what to eat and how to eat in order to be healthy and meet my fitness goals. I am also doing workouts at the gym that I used to be intimidated by and that I never pictured myself doing, until Annie showed me that I could. Working with Annie has given me rejuvenated confidence in myself that I will forever be grateful for.

This has been a life changing…

This has been a life changing experience for me. I’ve done things I didn’t think was possible all due to the guidance of Hannah. She has done nothing but provide me support throughout this process. I’ve really enjoyed my training experience with Coach El! She has been encouraging throughout this whole process, while always pushing me to improve and really show up at the gym. It’s been great having someone know your goals and make a tailored plan to help you achieve them. I’m proud of how far I’ve come since starting in January and it’s truly a credit to my coach :)

Sustainable change ❤️

I joined Alia’s program about five months ago, and it has completely changed my approach to fitness. The best part of the experience is having a dedicated coach and nutritionist available almost 24/7—it truly feels like having a personal support system in your pocket.

My coach, Hannah, is incredible. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and builds a routine that actually fits my life rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all plan. Over the last few months, I’ve seen a massive shift not just in how I lift, but in my nutrition and general health habits. If you're looking for sustainable change and genuine accountability, I can’t recommend this program enough!!

Support from women to women

Nothing that I write here will make justice! I have been working with coach Hannah for the past 6 months and the results are amazing (both physically and mentally). I am 11kg down while eating guilty food (i.e chocolate and ice cream). The most important is that I fell in love with my body and feeling happy about it. I feel stronger and healthier and I am only at the start of my journey.

A pleasant surprise

I am always very skeptical when it comes to advertising I see online, especially when it looks too good to be true. I had been following Aliaa’s account for some time before I decided to arrange a call. Well, I can say it was the right move! I have been working with coach Hannah since December and I have lost 8kg since then. She is a great professional and never leaves you alone. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to build a food routine that I believe I will be able to maintain even after I finish the programme, and I am now more active during the day. I recommend the programme to anyone looking for long-term results, not miracles, and who is ready to work and commit, because it really is a commitment, but it’s worth it!

Best coaches you could ask for ✨

I decided to finally enlist the help of a trainer with lots of knowledge on nutrition and fitness. I saw they helped so many other women with their goals of fat loss and muscle building. It is worth investing in yourself. And they are very clear on the price points and price structure.

Coach Morgane worked with me to make sure I understand nutrition basics: calories, macros, and tracking. They recommended recipes based on what I already like to eat. I never felt that ANY food was totally off limits… but had to be limited to some extent. And we could enjoy cultural foods as well.

As for fitness, the strength exercises focused on upper and lower body toning. The full body workouts were my favorite. My choice of cardio was walking, and I eventually reached my goal of walking 10 K steps a day.

I liked that Alia Fitness also provided live & recorded weekly webinars on topics such as PCOS, etc. and a members only forum.

Morgane was my coach, cheerleader & friend through out the journey. Her kindness and confidence in me helped me tremendously from the beginning. Sometimes it was her tough love that pushed me through the days & weeks when I didn’t give my best efforts. The daily & weekly check ups made me accountable. We could compare based on my data stats and other factors how I could continue to lose fat.

I incorporated so many new habits into my lifestyle based on my experience in the program. I workout from home. And I understand that fat loss is possible while eating good tasty & nutritious food as long as we are in a caloric deficit. Moving my body is part of my daily routine for my mental health as well. I am so much more conscious now of how I can benefit myself well into the future by what & how much I eat and spending time moving my body.

Would definitely recommend

I have had a really positive experience with Limitless and I have lost over 10kg since starting (despite multiple challenges and life curveballs!).

Deoni is my coach and I cannot praise her enough for her holistic approach towards my nutrition and training, quick responses and going above and beyond to put together extra information booklets, recipe booklets etc. I feel like after losing the weight, this current phase with Deoni has helped me to focus on real lifestyle changes that feel manageable and sustainable 🫶🏽 thank you Deoni!
