Bree was super helpful and diligent

Bree was super helpful and diligent. She instructed me on what steps to take with the delivery carrier in order to resolve my issues and exactly what to ask them for. Unfortunately they were not helpful but Bree was. She resolved my issues no matter the obstacle.

I appreciate that they were going to…

I appreciate that they were going to make sure I got the product and I didn't have to pay extra. Unfortunately I had to give it 4 stars because they were asking me to prove that I didn't get it which I couldn't prove that I didn't get it other than I didn't get it. But I will say they were going to get my product for me so next time I will give more stars

My recent experience with Xcotton services has been very satisfying! I’ve encountered some inconveniences regarding the shipment of a parcel, yet a very friendly member of their support team by the name of Aurora responded quickly to my claim application, and offered an immediate and reassuring solution as well!

Excellent Customer Service & Fast Resolution

I had an issue with my collectible arriving with scratches and damage during shipping, but Xcotton’s customer support team handled the situation professionally and quickly. They responded promptly, guided me through the shipping protection claim process clearly and kept me updated throughout the resolution.
I truly appreciate how understanding and helpful the support team was, especially Davis, who made the process smooth and stress-free. The compensation was processed quickly and they showed genuine care for their customers and collectors.
Thank you again for the excellent customer service and support. I would definitely purchase from Xcotton insurance again!

Helpful and quick process.

I received promt, clear and helpful emails from the company associate Cherry. I was not happy my order had been lost and miss delivered by UPS and Cherry made the refund process quick.

Paid for insurance, item was never received and returned to sender, yet they refuse to refund me!

I paid nearly €200 for shipping protection and this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

My parcel was marked as “delivered” with a false proof of delivery while I was not even in the country. I provided travel evidence, card activity, and explained repeatedly that nobody accepted the parcel on my behalf. Despite this, I was asked to “prove” the impossible by providing police reports or CCTV footage.

Even worse, the company initially confirmed a refund, only to later backtrack and push for a replacement after more than a month of delays. By that point, I had already purchased a replacement myself because apparently they expected me to sit without a lamp indefinitely.

The entire process has been exhausting, inconsistent, and completely contrary to what you would expect after paying extra for “protection.” Instead of support, I received endless delays, contradictory statements, and shifting positions.

Very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service their reviews portray. I KEEP YOU POSTED ON HOW THEY ULTIMATELY RESOLVE THIS.

I contacted xcotton because I was having a hard time getting a refund or replacement from the seller, and the whole back-and-forth process became really frustrating and stressful.

Luckily, Davis D. helped resolve my issue. This is actually the second time I’ve received help from xcotton, and so far I’ve been very satisfied with the support. Thank you again!
