I had a damaged product, and it was handled incredibly well. The damage was the result of rough handling by the shipping company. I reached out to Xcotton for help getting a new product, and the CS rep handled it quickly and with great care. I will opt for this service any time I'm offered in the future.

I brought a keyboard from a company, these people where my shipping protrction or otherwise known as insuranxe

my parcel was lost in transit and after a few days of conversating we were able to successfully negotiate a complete free full replacement as compensation for the loss of the previous item

I was bummed but happy it got solved, truly happy I got shipping protection otherwise would have been a sad loss

Id recommend this shipping protection people to everyone, they truly do reason fairly

special shoutout to my specific protection agent Cherry, she was amazing and patient throughout the whole process and intervined this all to happen esp making it priority
