Efficient and sympathy
I bought tickets for the Boat Party, I was super excited because for me it was the best party of 2022 but unfortunately I won't be able to go. I thought about selling the tickets but with so many scams nowadays, I realized it wasn't going to be easy. In the end it was super simple, I just had to send a message to the organization of the party and in minutes the situation was sorted and the refund made. Thank you very much for the efficiency and friendliness with which you resolved my problem. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maria from xceed was so helpful really can’t thank her enough. After my health recently taking a turn for the worst I have unfortunately had to cancel my upcoming trip to Ibiza. Having already purchased music on at pachas tickets I emailed and explained the situation and Maria was so compassionate and quickly refunded the tickets for me and my friend. Really good service, compared to another club in Ibiza which tickets were quarter of the price and I cannot get a response!

Xceed is good, PACHA Barcelona is Terrible
Xceed was not happy to refund my ticket at first but eventually understood the club (PACHA BARCELONA) was in the wrong and helped me with everything.
