Great products and great service
Great products and great service. One of my items for Christmas was delayed and once I’d made initial contact for an update, Lauren kept me in the loop as to what was happening and went out of her way to ensure my son got his trousers for Christmas.
The gear is fab and I have now made 2 more orders since then. The custom products are fab and a massive hit with my 15yr old. 😃

Great item but had to chase up delivery
The positive aspect of my transaction with X5CAPE is undoubtedly the quality of the shorts I bought.
Top quality item at reasonable price.
Delivery was an issue though and I had to chase up my order a couple of times also the sizing was off for me. Ordered a 30-32 bearing in mind my 30 jeans won't stay up without a belt. After returning my first pair the replacement was despatched and are a great fit.

I really like working with this company its just a shame when there is an issue with the order that you have to chase people. I think this is the same with all companies. But as always its worth the wait since the products are well made, comfy and look incredible can't wait for them trousers to finally turn up
