Didn't get the order
Didn't get the order, and when I raised a ticket, they dismissed it, and closed the ticket.
Chased it up, and no reply whatsoever from anyone.
No idea why they've lied in their response - they're in correspondence with me, there is only one order on my account, and they have apparently reviewed it in full, but here they claim they're unaware of it? Shows how untrustworthy they are that they would blatantly lie.
Their communication to me of 2 Nov included:
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered with your recent order.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
After a detailed review of your case, we have immediately escalated the matter to the seller responsible for your order.
The seller has been notified and will be reaching out to you shortly via the internal chat to provide a resolution.",
but no resolution has been provided, just rude messages.
As correspondence continues ad infinitum (while giving notice that a chargeback will follow, Wyrel keep putting out a line, after cancellations, still can't refund.
I observe the following to Wyrel, but they have yet to identify a SINGLE term that supports what they say.
"You keep repeating the general term "according to our platform’s policy, refunds are not possible", but I note you CANNOT REFERENCE A SINGLE TERM that supports this."

beware of seller KEYLOG - poor customer experience
purchased a office 365 app, app loaded but the components will not run in web base environment, seller then will not accept end user experience and used delay tactic to avoid fix or offer alternatives, including refund , site advert warranty 180 day that is BS .... avoid site and any sellers as it is cheap but worthless nil support from management and seller

Bought a keys twice from "365keys" seller. Fast and convenient. The seller is always available and responds quickly to messages. When I first registered, I didn't know who to buy from and chose him purely by chance. I've already made two purchases and everything is perfect. I'll probably only buy from him in the future.
