I’m extremely happy with my Wylera - one of the drawbacks of using wired tongs is the annoyance of the cable. The Wylera is a godsend! I can pop it in my bag and quickly touch up my hair if I go out after work.
I literally cannot find anything negative to say about it. So glad I bought this.

My Dreamwave Compact for short/medium hair arrived really quickly. I always worry when buying something that I have only seen on line. Honestly, this is the best thing I have bought to style my hair. My hair is dead straight. The Dreamwave makes lovely ringlets that comb into beachy waves and they last until the next wash. So easy, so impressed. I don't usually write reviews.

With a little practice I got the curls I wanted. Delivery was quick.

Similar to other customers - I lost hair after use; despite settings not being high. Hair is also left with a the smell of burning, which I could not tolerate. Could not receive refund, due to item being used. Was taken in by the ads - lesson to do more thorough research next time.

Very unhappy with this product. It arrived with a mini USB and no charging plug. I charged it using my phone charger and it didn't charge. The response from the company is that I have to use a specific type of charger but I tried to buy one on Amazon for a mini USB port and they are impossible to find!! Total waste of time. Had to send videos and photos to them only to be told I have invalidated the warranty. Having read these reviews it feels a bit like a get of dodge clause for a very expensive faulty product. Stick with GHD.

Having seen the videos of people using the Dreamwave I ordered one as it looked great. Upon receipt I eagerly started using it, following the instructions to the letter. A couple of nice curls were achieved but I also then lost several hairs when my hair got stuck in the Dreamwave. It also beeped as it didn’t accept my hair a few times. I emailed Wylera to ask where to return it for a refund. A customer services Rep emailed me with instructions on how to use it. I gave it another go, following ALL the instructions to the letter. Several missing hairs later, and having to yank my hair out of it at one point when it got stuck, I emailed them again. Said I wanted a refund as it’s obviously not suitable for hair that isn’t dead straight. They refused as I’d broken the seal on the box! Absolutely rubbish service. Don’t buy unless your hair is straight and smooth!

Order has not arrived, no appropriate response. This was supposed to be a surprise birthday. Wylerahair has failed spectacularly

Had seen this advertised and hoped it would work as well as the reviews. It really does, I have long hair and have tried lots of different styles, the curls really hold and I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I love Wylera Dreamwave, it litterally is a game changer!!
My thin, fine baby hair has never held a curl until I found this curler, takes minutes to curl my whole head and the best bit is that it stays in for days!
I’m about to order a 4th one for a friend.

I have used Dreamwave for sometime now and love it. My hair is long and fine and the fact that it curls so easily and doesn't get tangled is amazing. I have recently bought a new one, purely because my teenage daughter keeps pinching mine, so I've given her my original one and kept the new one for myself. My hair doesn't hold curls normally so this has been a real novelty for me and so easy to use and do myself.

I purchased both the straightener and the curler from Wylera to use in our campervan. The beauty of these is that because they are charged on USB I can re-charge them whilst driving and so can style my hair even if we are not Ona site

the Wylera Dreamwave is a life changer, and I absolutely love it. I recommend it to all my friends and family when they say how amazing my hair looks. Never before have I been able to curl my own hair. I can’t do it no matter how I try but with the Dreamwave I can curl my hair with very little effort and it stays in all day. I love the way it is safe to use and doesn’t damage my hair. I have very long hair and this makes it easy to curl my hair in around 20 mins. I love it so much!

Absolutely love my Dreamwave! it so easy to use! Change my hair style never been so easy and quick. It takes less than 10minutes to make perfect curls.
Love that its wireless! I can take it everywhere with me and it doesnt take to much space in my bag. And 3rd reason its saves money! Yes! How many times I did my friend hair in important events. Me and my girls dont need to go to salons anymore and spend money on hairstyle. After more than year of using it still works brilliant! 10/10

I put a review earlier on this site saying terrible customer service however I revoke that. The past few days I have dealt with an amazing customer service agent called Charles , responded above and beyond what he needed to do . I absolutely love my hair curler and was devastated when it broke , no other comes close . Very very happy that a new one is on its way

Great site, easy slide through the site. I bought rose gold curls for daughter as complaining that tong were burning her hair and making to frizzy. And daughter hair down to her back so actually, takes along time curl. But this game changer actually the haiir twists in we button,, then a few min it beeps and which daughter moon. And not fizzy curl that look burnt with tongs. Beautiful

I love my dream wave and have recommended it to others on several occasions! I’m not good at styling my hair and the dream wave makes it so easy for people like me. I bought my aunt one for Christmas last year and I know of two friends who purchased one after trying mine! Throughly recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with them. I loved my curler at first but it stopped working within a year (the barrel would no longer turn) and after sending them the evidence they requested that it didn’t work (videos and photos) they refused to either replace or refund at all. I wouldn’t dream of buying from them again, after paying for such an expensive item, which is clearly faulty and then refusing to replace it, I would sooner buy a similar, cheaper curler from Amazon which would probably last about as long!

Took from January to April of emailing customer services backwards and forwards to organise a replacement product after receiving a faulty one. Would not use again.
Following the reply:
I had email communication with numerous people with numerous replies to confirm receipt of my responses. Despite receiving an email to confirm they had received a video from myself and acknowledging the fault shown, I then received more requests for more videos for weeks after. I also had to pay my own tracked postage to return the product. I stand by my review.
