Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience. Ordered food and received half eaten food. Contacted customer care but no concrete solution. Seriously these kind of company is pathetic and the company do not provide any customer care number.

Zomato has very poor customer service…

Zomato has very poor customer service and their driver steal the items from our order and deliver less items.
When we complaint, they refuse to take accountability. Zomato is fraud and scammers

I’m honestly done with Zomato

I’m honestly done with Zomato. Every single order comes late and the food is always cold. And when I reach out for help, all I get is a useless AI saying ‘sorry for the cold food.’ I’m giving a negative rating and support ticket because this is beyond frustrating now.

Money taken but no food delivered

I placed an order on 20th October. Order showed successfully delivered but I didn’t receive food. After following up with Restaurent
And delivery partner, I found that delivery partner, delivered the food at wrong address. Delivery person didn’t show any courtesy to apologise to me or to inform Zomato about issue in delivery. When I reported issue to Zomato customer service via email, they said, that they can’t find any discrepancy with the order so they won’t refund the money. Zomato, you have taken money for an order without food delivery. At first it looked like a mistake from delivery person but after all the follow up, it seems to me that this is planned fraud by delivery person who just updated the system that food is successfully delivered but never delivered the food to me. In any case I think Zomato should take full responsibility of the issue and refund my money.

Update: changing the review to 3 star because after I posted to zomato on facebook they have processed refund for the order. Still a lot of hassle on the day of delivery following up with end result of no food. multiple fruitless follow ups with customer service email. 3 star because I finally got my money back.

Disappointing experience with Zomato and its partner restaurant. I ordered Pan Pista, but what I received was a completely different sweet. Despite reaching out to Zomato's customer support, I was met with resistance and excuses. No willingness to replace the order or provide a refund. Unbelievable customer service! Avoid ordering from Zomato and its partners if you value your time and money.

A shitty company…

My latest experience with Zomato where the customer service refused to entertain a genuine complaint about a repeat mistake in quantity by Creme & Crisp and were rather obstinate in dismissing the complaint shows that Zomato is full of shitty people. I think we all learn the hard way that such unscrupulous set ups are there to loot us by using hype and lies with no sincerity whatsoever

Worst customer service in Zomato

I ordered a lemon mint soda in a restaurant from Zomato. When I received it, the packaging was not proper and half of the soda was spilled. I received only half bottle soda. When I raised complaint in Zomato, the customer care didn't respond properly. They simply said that they will inform the restaurant and closed the chat. How ridiculous it is. If Zomato didn't give resolution, then who will resolve my issue. Zomato's customer care is totally irresponsible. Worst customer care ever.

Last night I didn’t receive my food but Zomato marked it as delivered. Tried contacting delivery guy—he said he met with an accident and then stopped responding.
Zomato customer support has ignored my refund request despite multiple emails.
This is extremely disappointing. I demand a full refund immediately @Zomato_IN #Refund #PoorService

Terrible dining experience. Swiss Chalet Restaurant, 1240 Rymal Rd. E., Hamilton, ON:
Small chicken leg; requested bacon on caesar salad, got none; no celery in caesar cocktail, had no celery in restaurant; got charged $0.99 for an extra chalet sauce even though their website says no charge for this; received no credit for "scene" in restaurant points even though we gave the card to the waitress; no water was offered and we got only one glass for two of us when we asked; slow food service; their bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Restaurant NOT recommended.

I ordered Boneless Butter Chicken from Cafe Amar via Zomato (Order ID 7249514997). The food box leaked badly, resulting in spillage and reduced quantity. I raised multiple complaints with Zomato but only got denial emails, even after sharing proof photos. I paid full price but received less food. Such negligence is unacceptable. I demand refund/compensation and immediate action.

We ordered the food from zomato on…

We ordered the food from zomato on Sunday and the delivery agent informed he contacted us however we dint receive any calls and even beyond that the delivery guy has kept the food on road instead of leaving that near the door step or inside the gate and most of all he left in 8 th cross instead of 7 th cross when we got a delivered notification we just ran to check with the image the delivery guy posted but the order was missing if its thrown or road how will the order be there, not sure if the delivery guy took it and ate himself but the order is not with us. Then we tried calling him back again after multiple calls he informed we dint respond actually we did not receive any calls at all okay and language barrier he speaks only in hindi. Tried to connect to customer care but its redirecting to email I am not assigned any agent through chats if I email there is automated reply stating they cant refund. Whose fault it is now who kept food on road that too in 8 th cross rather than 7 th cross. Please refund my amount which I paid 478 Rs. seriously yar!!
