My order was delayed, but Zoeva Cosmetics saved the day and helped me very much.
As the order seemed to have vanished, they have now sent the order again.

Good quality except for the mascara, about that I am not sure.

Quick delivery. Ordered 6 metallic pencils and they are of good quality. I would have wished a bit more sparkle in the metallic. On the advertisement it looks more bling than in reality. Besides that, excellent product.

Zoeva gave me a pink eyeliner but it was yellow and was not as described. Their Customer Service is disgusting, the Customer agent attitude is very bad, and I am suing them for breach of consumer rights. Oh yes I am, and I am suing trust pilot for taking down a genuine review, which I gave them the proof to show this was a genuine review but they took it down cause they dishonestly said it was fake. This is defamation, especially after I furnished order Number, purchase documents emails, refund notices the transaction ID
trust pilot are scammers and Zoeva obviously paid them to take my review down.
And I don't care how many times you pay trust pilot to take my review down I will be putting it back up every time and every time you are going to look worse and worse, so how dare you try and silence me!
Zoeva has no ethics or morals, and I am going to the CMA, ICO and whomever else I can about them and Trustpilot

The color fades very fast as the pigment density is too little.

Lovely product, glides on nicely. unfortunately I chose the wrong colour for me. It was a lot deeper/vibrant than I was expecting. Should have gone for a softer shade. Having said that texture is lovely, good coverage and the free sharpener a bonus. Delivery was speedy.

I absolutely love Zoeva products, the eyeliners are honestly the best I have ever had. They glide on effortlessly and stay put all day and sometimes when I'm feeling particularly lazy, into the next day!
Their lipsticks are creamy, and hydrating and again,stay put without needing touched up.
I recommend Zoeva products to everyone, not just for the quality and value for money but for their philosophy and positivity. They embrace women supporting women; not for a catchy business slogan but because they actually believe it.

The advertising is great, it caught my eye and after watching a few times I wos sold. The product arrived fast and wos lovely packaged, the product itself is very good, I had doubts but a little practice and u do get the same effect as shown, the sublte shimmer, it gives a lovely smoky eye and easy to apply when you get used to it. I would defo buy again.

Love your eye shadow colours, they add glamour and sparkle to my eyes. And thank you for the shadow pencil sharpener for actually doing a great job and not removing the colour along with the wood!
